We had a delightful stay in Maui. Condo was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with an amazing view of the beach and delightful dining of all sorts in walking distance. The cooler, beach towels and beach chairs were so appreciated on our outings. Highly recommend for a fun stay on Maui.

We needed a comfortable place for our family of 4 where we could SUP and surf every day.
We needed air conditioning- just in case the cross breeze wasn’t happening, a view of the ocean
and the ability to walk to restaurants and ice cream at night.
We’ve had a lovely time and we will be back!

The place is very close to the ocean and lots of restaurants. It’s clean and has a good shower. The owner responded promptly. The beds were comfortable. Our family of five enjoyed thoroughly. We would stay there again if we visit Kihei.

First off, we found the condo exactly as advertised and stocked with most all necessities. We enjoyed going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. We slept with the windows open to let the breeze cool the condo. There was a bit of road noise until about 9-10pm, but after that it was pretty quiet. Surprisingly, locals started to arrive at the beach about 30 minutes before daylight. They were not loud and gave us something to watch as we drank our coffee on the lanai. As they day progressed many people used the beach access directly across the road. Great people watching!
We used the boogie boards, umbrella, and beach chairs, along with both coolers provided! It was nice to have these items to use during our stay!
Kitchen is adequate, with plenty of pots and pans, but lacks spices aside from salt and pepper. If you plan to cook something, especially seafood, you might need more seasonings.
The loft was as exactly as described and perfect for our 4 and 7 year olds. Would not recommend for kids younger than 4 as the ship ladder is steep!
A very short walk to food and shopping. Major grocery stores are a couple miles away, but not an issue if you plan ahead.
Overall, the condo was awesome and I will without question book again when we get the opportunity to travel to Maui again!

The condo is as advertised. It took me a couple of tries to open the lockbox and unlock the front door using the keypad; but, all-in-all, checking in was pretty simple.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. The condo provides excellent views and is in a great location. We didn't really need to use the AC much. The cross breeze and ceiling fans kept the condo comfortable. My 18-year old son enjoyed the loft. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers.
This condo is a very good value. I would recommend it to my family and friends, and I would absolutely stay here again.

The view is amazing - great sunsets! Being next door to the surf school was as good as it gets for how we like to spend our time in Maui - paddle boarding and in the water. The location in Kihei was also perfect for the restaurants we like to frequent. Bill and Janet were helpful and immediately responsive to questions when they came up. Nothing but good things to say ☺️

Really nice condo unit with a perfect beginner surf break "the cove" right outside your window. Came with beach chairs, mats, and coolers. Great home base to explore Maui from with lots to do right in Kihei.

We had a great time! The condo is centrally located to lots of shopping, food and right on the beach. Our amazing host/hostess were in constant communication allowing for an easy and truly enjoyable family vacation. The property is quiet, clean and maintained. We hope to stay here again next time we visit.

My husband and I had a great time staying here for a friend's wedding in Kihei! The ocean view from the patio is fantastic. There are tons of amazing restaurants and food trucks in walking distance. Would highly recommend this place!

The condo was as advertised. Has a great view across the street of the beach. I was initially worried about crossing the street but cars stop to let you across, we didn’t have any problems. Coolers and beach items came in handy as we explored. Kids loved sleeping in the loft!

Pros:
The value is the condo is rated appropriately. The location is great. The owner is very nice and responsive. Fun to watch people at the park and playing in the water. Easily walkable too great eating/drinking/beginner surfing spots (although I would personally recommend a vehicle to explore more of Kihei/Maui). A/C in both living room and bedroom. The loft was very neat and our 16yr old daughter loved it. The complex didn’t feel sketchy at all. Beds were comfy, nice shower. Nice kitchen.
Cons:
The road noise is tolerable but a bummer. The bedroom a/c broke, which was lame because that’s one of the reasons we picked this place, but I understand that kinda thing happens and the owner shouldn’t be dinged for it. He said they can replace it in a couple days. He gave good tips to cool the room down which helped because at 86° outside, it was about 78° in the bedroom. We felt safe here, however I would highly recommend upgrading the front door lock to a wifi capable deadbolt style (the one now is not a deadbolt). A digital lock where the owner can change the code remotely for each tenant. The steel screen door however does have a deadbolt, but not as secure.
Being that the code is written in the guest book, I’m lead to believe that every prior tenant knows the code.
All that being said, I gave it 5 stars because i would stay here again and it is valued properly.

This place was perfect for us. Everything was as advertised, and Bill and Janet couldn't have been better hosts. Beds were very comfortable. Our daughters did Maui Wave Riders surf lessons - ask for Andrew - great guy! Also ate at Tiki Lounge which was a short walk and rented snorkel gear from Aloha Snorkel. Lastly, the best coffee shop atmosphere ever is a block away at the Da Green Coffee Cafe - its outdoor seating is in a nursery garden. Fabulous experience - thanks!

The apartment was in a great location with waterfront views, as listed. Bill and Janet provided ample directions on many aspects of staying at the apartment and they provided a great deal of information in advance. Check-in turned out to be an hour later than listed, which disrupted our plans. It would have been nice to communicate in advance as we needed to move our itinerary around a bit upon arrival. We couldn't reach Bill during that time. Communication shortcomings aside, we really enjoyed the place, it was clean, well-organized, and straightforward to park and get in/out of. Bill and Janet also provided tons of towels and stuff for ocean activities. We would stay here again! Mahalo Bill and Janet!

Right there in the mix of Kihei. Directly across from the best beginner surfing spot on Maui. Close to shops and tons of beaches. Nice place with full kitchen and amazing view! Plenty of room for 2-4 people. Thank you!

Everything was perfect as many have stated already - couldn’t have asked for a better location, we’ve stayed in Lahaina area previously and prefer the low key vibe, easy access to so many beaches and up country/north shore. We visited more than seven beaches in our seven day stay plus up country and Lahaina excursions enjoying the provisions of chairs and coolers daily. Easy booking, communication and check in/out. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location and making it so easy, accessible and enjoyable. Four adults were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy meals in, and the beautiful area with picnics and quick stops back at the place mid day to refresh before heading back out. So much goodness about this location.

My wife and I stayed for two nights. This condo is located right across from the ocean. The view is beautiful, lots of local restaurants nearby, and only 20 minutes to the airport. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The location is perfect - Groceries, restaurants, kid-friendly beach, rentals, shave ice, sunsets are all steps away.
Great amenities - unit had everything we needed for light cooking, laundry, beach sundries like boogie boards and chairs. And a pineapple corer/slicer so you can have pineapple every day!
Beds were great! I think I may try to get the same mattress in the loft. Super comfortable.
Bill and Janet were very helpful with tips for our first Maui trip. Every message was accompanied by beautiful photographs that fueled the anticipation for our visit. Responses were immediate and information provided was comprehensive and complete.
I would recommend this property to my friends.

Celebrated my daughter's sweet 16 and my 51st birthday here. Had a wonderful time. Walking distance to everything. Kihei Café is a must try. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the surfers and out riggers. View is wonderful. Really nice having AC when there was no breeze.

Perfect ocean view and no need for ac as you get a great cross breeze. The stairs to the loft are super steep so it’s tricky to carry luggage up but if your careful, it can be done! Umbrellas were both broken so we didn’t not get to use those but had chairs and coolers that were handy! Sand toys and boogie boards were there too tho we didn’t have kids so we didn’t use them. Overall a great place!
