Cannot say enough good things about our on-site hostess, Bev. She welcomed us with lights on (we came when dark), answered our questions, and was available for any need we had. The condo was very nice and in a great location to everywhere we wanted to go. Great little home away from home.

Great location at Kawela Bay / Turtle Beach Resort with beautiful beaches in every direction. Beautiful hiking opporunities along Kawela Trail to Kahuko Point and Turtle Bay Pillbox. Caretaker of the property always helpful and reachable. Simply perfect.

This nice little cozy place was a great start to mine and my wife’s 3 stop trip to Hawaii. We loved the location and the area is just off the beaten path of the busy areas of north shore. The condo had what we needed to relax on our trip and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The host was great to work with even with our later check in. She accommodated us with our needs and everything was a breeze. Thank you!

The place was in a great area and great beaches. Items they left for use we found to be broken as things aren’t thoroughly checked. Also was wrongly charged for a cookie pan, we were charged $40 for a cheap one, by the owners who do not live there and take the word of the person who cleans it and admitted to not thoroughly going through everything. All in all it was a great area and little place but not worth staying at with broken beach items and being wrongfully charged. We might as well have stayed at turtle bay resort walking distance away from it.

This condo was perfect for our trip to the North Shore. Very private and quiet. Plenty of space for 2 people and it made a great base for exploring the whole island. Very clean and with everything you would need to self cater. Would recommend this condo.

Every part of the reservation went on as planned. Check-in was easy to navigate and the home is just as described. Perfect location for a quiet couples getaway, but so close to all of the must-see places while in Hawaii. We will be back!

We spent 2 weeks here. It's an excellent location that met all of our needs. If you need to go to a Costco it is only 50 minutes away. It's an easy walk to the beach, Turtle Bay Resort has miles of trails to hike and they also have a beach for all your water activities. We saw Monk seals, Albatrosses (adults and babies) and many bird species. The unit has everything you will need for your stay. The only thing I will say is a small negative is that the internet is a little buggy but it is sufficient.

Nice location, great communication with owner and property manager, and convenient to all parts of the island. The pictures of the unit showing the living room are out of date. There are now two couches and the glass table is currently located where the bar stools in the picture are. Frankly, since this unit really only sleeps 2 comfortably, it would be nice to remove the one couch and put the table back to where it's shown in the picture. This would really help increase the usable area of the unit. Other than that, it was great!

My daughter and I spent a week at this condo. It is very spacious and a great kitchen space for cooking. We loved the walking distance to Turtle Bay, the quiet neighborhood, dedicated parking space, gated community, and plenty of towels in the condo. In a heartbeat I would book this condo again!

We stayed here 8 nights and I loved it. This is a comfortable condo so close to anything you need for your stay. Turtle bay resort is a 0.6 mile walk away, with trails, the beach, stores and food. The one and only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the bed was very uncomfortable. The room is large enough to accommodate a bigger bed, it is a queen but that’s not my complaint. My complaint is that the bed is very hard! My husband started sleeping on the couch early every morning and woke up sore every day. I didn’t struggle with it as much as he did but I do agree it’s way too firm. A nice mattress topper might do the trick if the owners don’t want to replace the mattress.

This place did not disappoint!
We used the tennis courts and pool everyday.
We took advantage of being in turtle bay and used their facilities daily especially for sunset.
This was central to all the great food trucks in kahuku and surf near Sharks cove
The place was clean, spacious, comfy and had everything we needed!

Bev was absolutely amazing, she is very helpful and allowed us to come in early and drop our stuff off before our sons airshow. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding is very very worn, it definitely needs to be replaced along with pillows.

This was a great place to stay up on the North Shore. Easy access to lots of beaches, comes stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler. Fully stocked kitchen. Bev was nice and helpful. Only wish the bed was bigger 😊

The condo was cute and cozy. The bed was comfortable and having a washer and dryer available for use made things easy. The bathrooms themselves were fairly clean but the showers were gross. There was a lot of mold (which I figured..it is Hawaii and humid) but there was also hair and dirt from the people staying ahead of us. Ask for extra toilet paper when checking in, there isn’t much available in the unit. Overall, we feel like we would definitely stay at this location again.

Check in with property manager was seamless. She met us at the door with the keys. Property was very clean & just as pictured. Included everything you would need in the kitchen. Great cross breeze so a/c was not always needed. A/C cooled the living room & bedroom. Would highly recommend this property & would stay here again!

The condo eas pretty much as described. Bev was a great pn site manager and was always approachable...answered text messages quickly. There were no beach chairs or umbrella when we arrived. The owner quickly told us to buy these and he would reimburse us, which he did. Could use a new frying pan that food doesn't stick to...overall we were happy with the location and the condo in general.

Great location to experience BIG winter surfing! Just a few minutes to some great surfing beaches. Easy access to all you need from grocery, food trucks and restaurants. Turtle Bay resort within walking distance for myriad activities. Great golf course, great sunsets & great surf. Absolutely loved our visit.

This comfortable one bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was perfect for our 3 month rental. The space was good for two adults. Easy access to area on the North Shore and the windward side. Turtle Bay offers a number of walking trails, beaches and sunset views.

It was...fine. The property manager was wonderful. The condo was not updated which I knew from the pictures, so I had no problem with that. However, it was also not clean. The toilet wasn't even wiped down. We didn't use one of the showers because it was so dirty. The other shower had hair, etc. Overall, it was fine. Not amazing, but not awful by any means.

Very nice location. By golf course, near beautiful trails along the beach. Air conditioning was a tiny window box and did not work, but fortunately temperatures were not bad and fans circulate air nicely. An old bolt in shower door gave way but they fixed it quickly.

We had such a wonderful time. It was very quite and relaxing, and the location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again and are already looking at dates when we can come back.

Our son decided to get married in Hawaii right after the pandemic. We book this condo and it was amazing. We spent our evening walking the trails at Turtle Bay. It was centrally located to everything (everything is 1 hour away on Ohau). Would rent this again in a heartbeat.
