We loved this villa! We were on island for a wedding and stayed at this villa. Firstly, they were able to accommodate our request for early check-in even though they had someone checking out that day. This was a huge plus as we had wedding rehearsal early that evening. The villa was bigger than expected, very clean, and well stocked with necessities. Excellent view of the ocean and golf course. Communication with the property manager was amazing and she was more than happy to assist. Great location and easy to find. It is a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in Maui. This was our first time back since our honeymoon and our stay was perfect! The communication prior to booking was very informative and helpful. I had a few questions and received an immediate response to my email. Check-in was very easy and the villa was perfect! The views were amazing and the villa itself was very comfortable. It was so nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to use, as well as the nice beach towels. The location of the villa was also wonderful!! A short walk to the beaches and some of the hotels/restaurants in the area. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying at the villa! We plan to come back and hope to stay there again! Thank you for making our trip so special!

We had an amazing stay at this location. Clean well taken care of and close to many amenities.
We loved the space and spending time overlooking the golf course and bay view. Many amazing sunsets and sunrises.
Plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax even with our 8-year-old. He loved walking on the grassy hill when the golfers were done for the day.
We will be booking this condo again one day soon.

Everything was perfect for our family vacation. The unit was beautiful and provided ample space for our family to spread out and relax. The location was extremely ideal being in close proximity to beaches, restaurants, walking trails, and golf, and the views were incredible. Communication with the host was extremely easy and she was very quick to respond. We hope to return!!

This condo was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and all the furnishings were nice. Would definitely recommend and come back again. Complex was very nice and well maintained. Pool was about a 1-2 minute walk and was warm and a nice area around it. Could stand a few more chaise lounge chairs, but was not busy during our stay. Grills at the pool area were great and well maintained. You would get a little noise in master bedroom from the grounds crew using a motorized sand bunker machine between 0600-0700 but not to loud. Comes to be expected with being on a golf course. FYI for travelers that the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, pots and pans and storage containers. A few miscellaneous spices, but no other condiments or salt & pepper and no plastic wrap, aluminum foil. Starter amounts of bathroom items.

We love Kapalua. This is our 5th time staying there. We were disappointed there was no jacuzzi at the pool. But otherwise we loved the condo. Also, it would have helped to have had more small plates to use. We had to go out and buy some.

Wow! This property was absolutely amazing and very close to the Ritz, which is where our friends held their wedding ceremony. The location was great, amenities were spotless, and there was plenty of space for two couples. There was also AC, which was absolutely necessary during the very hot and humid July weather. I would recommend eating breakfast out on the back patio where there is an amazing view of the golf course and ocean. There is honestly nothing bad I have to say about this property. I would definitely book this place again on my next visit!

The property was ok, we have stayed in Kapalua several times and this was not our best place. The property is ok and looks good but not the most comfortable furniture to sit in or on. Play close attention to detail and the property is on the lower level (steps) and parking is terrible very very small space.

We had the best time at this property! Such beautiful views out all the back sliding doors and from the patio! The place was immaculate when we arrived and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so nice to have use of beach towels and chairs, the beach umbrella and cooler! Absolutely fantastic experience with the booking and information updates from Sandra and her property management team. Better than 5 star service from reservation to checkout! And the spectacular view of the ocean and fairway cannot be overstated!! The condo was impeccably furnished and stocked with all the essentials.

We loved our time in Kapalua. Great condo within a lovely golf community; great proximity to the pool and a short, easy walk to Kapalua Bay where we love to snorkel. Kitchen was very well stocked, the condo was well decorated, clean and spacious. Loved the double lanais overlooking the golf course with a water view. We'd definitely stay here again! We also needed the onsite caretakers a few times for a dying fire alarms. They were kind, gracious and super speedy to respond to our needs. Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra’s golf villa for two weeks. The unit is well appointed and was very clean.
Morning coffee and meals on the lanai were lovely - with a view of the water that was breathtaking with whales breaching to boot! Birds and butterflies were our regular companions outside. Great access to nearby restaurants and beautiful Kapalua Bay and Napili Beach. Great unit for families - felt very spacious for our family of 5.

We LOVED this property. It was our first time in Maui & fell in love. This property was so spacious and comfortable. Beach chairs, cooler & beach toys provided. The bed was comfortable 🙌. So thankful for that. If/when we return to Maui I would definitely stay here again. Gorgeous views. Watched whales breach from the deck. Enjoyed seeing golfers play too. The Villa is perfectly located to capture the quiet calm of the golf course and ocean view.
You can enjoy all day sunshine and quiet on the lanai, or take a quick 2 minute walk to Pool A.
We spent several hours a day at the pool only sharing with others twice. We literally felt we had a private pool. We BBQ and swam on a couple occasions.
The Villa is nicely furnished and is updated better than the online photos show.
The location is perfect for hanging out at Napili Bay beach. Less than a 15-minute walk; we do recommend getting there before 9:00 a.m. to secure your spot on the beach.
Plenty of local restaurant options; check to see if you need reservations before you arrive. We did and had no problems with evening dining.
The Villa is well stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes.
Bring your favorite spices and condiments.
You have several markets and grocery stores within a 15 minute drive (or one within a 15 minute walk) for all your grocery needs.
We compared pricing at island grocery chain store and box store prior to trip; pricing wasn’t that much different so we chose to shop at the West side stores.
If you golf, hit the course at the twilight time frame and save some fee expense.
If you enjoy walking or hiking you have numerous options right from the Villa. A great morning hike along the coastal trail is a must.
Jill, Sandra and the on-site property managers are fantastic. All provided great information, are extremely helpful, friendly and do everything possible to make sure the items guests have the most enjoyable stay.
We recommend you stay here not just for all the Villa provides, but also for the people who will be helping make your trip fantastic.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, kids aged 7, 9 and 11) thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The setting was beautiful, you can see the ocean from the lanai and from one of the bedrooms. The view of the golf course was peaceful. The pools within the complex were nice and access to the beach was very convenient. The property manager was easy to contact and responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend this condo to families, the setup of 1 king size bed and 3 twin beds was ideal for our family.

Awesome condo right on the Bay Course. Lovely kitchen set up but be aware the only ingredients onsite are a few dry spices (no oil, no sauces, empty fridge) so if you plan on making meals bring ALL ingredients.

The property was beautiful, and though it is further back in the complex, the instructions given were super helpful and led us right there. When we had a couple of bumps checking in, the property manager was so attentive and kind. The double master rooms were perfect for the four of us and very comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Maui looking for a refreshing getaway!

Our stay in Kapalua was everything we expected and more! The view was stunning and plenty of room on patio to enjoy it every evening. The community was so nice, well kept and safe. It was truly flawless stay and would definitely recommend!!Also liked that it was only 20 minutes from Lahaina but far enough to not feel the craziness of being in crowded tourist areas.

from the time we spoke to the owners and all through our stay the facilities were great, had everything we needed and the view was excellent. we mainly used the beach and toured the whole island. the cove was great to snorkel in and had beautiful fish and quite a few turtles. if you are a golfer the property is on the 3rd and 4th holes on the kapalua bay course. just up the road is the plantation course. check with course as there doesn't appear to be twilight discounts anymore. would have played if i were not the only golfer in our group, but wanted to spend time with family. road to Hana is a must for a tour. we also did the submarine ride which was a first for us. if we go back we will try and stay at the same place.
