Everything was as expected. Good location a very short walk to the beach, shopping and plenty of dining options. Not a resort property by any means but this was exactly what we wanted and were looking for.

I loved our stay at the condo. It has great views of Waikiki beach and was a close walk to the beach. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Best VRBO I’ve stayed at.

The property is in a good location. The corner unit is large and great for families. The pool is clean, the 2 hot tubs were nice. Views of ocean from kitchen and bathroom. The building is secure. Parking is tight but there are a lot of spaces. Fairly quiet in unit. Extra bedding, towels and pillows. Some beach chairs, mats, umbrella, goggles and boggie board provided. Kitchenware provided. Some toiletries provided. I would stay there again. Thank you Jeff.

Condo is nice.. the separate bedroom area and included parking space is what we were looking for.. location within walking distance of many places.. pretty much everything you need is here in the unit.. fan.. iron.. blow dryer.. hangers in closet..plenty of towels.. toilet paper.. tissues..full kitchen is well stocked.. owner Jeff is quick with response on any text.. very enjoyable 2 week stay! Thank You!

Great location. Very clean and well taken care off. Was just there a week. A block off the main strip where all the restaurants are. You have a view of the ocean from balcony. The free parking is a bonus as many places make you pay. Overall we were very happy would definitely stay here again

Jeff’s condo was perfect. Clean. Comfy. Superb location and views. It had everything needed and more. We did not use any of it but there were beach boards, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc.
Plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels. Truly everything you could need was there. The beds were comfy. I happen to sleep in the couch and it was comfortable. I had read other reviews about the blinds, there are sets of very sturdy/opaque curtains that are custom to all of the many windows and sliding doors that offer total privacy/darkness when needed. The furniture (couch, recliner, dresser with plenty of rooms to put everything away) were new. We did not use the AC but lived with all the windows open and the lanai slider. The outside air was so great. And for me, being able to open all the windows was a mega plus. The kitchen had everything you need to cook but no oil/spices etc but easy to get in the store. The location is awesome at 2 min from the beach (that we did not really go to) as we went everywhere on the island and having an included parking spot in the building was a big plus, was easy to park every nights.
The laundry is just in front of the condo and the garbage next to it, very convenient. The condo was quiet as well and it was fun for me to hear the city noise but overall quiet end of Honolulu/Waikiki.
We did not use the amenities of the buildings but there is a pool, barbecues,store…
I will stay again when I come back to Oahu for sure!

My family was very happy staying at this apartment. It was easy to use the parking lot, nice to have kitchen with all necessary appliances and cooking tools, beautiful view from the balcony too! The beds were comfortable and they supplied us with plenty of towels and toilet paper. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back again in the future. One recommendation is to fix the blinds. They are old and broken and not giving enough shade. Overall great place!

Location great, out of the busiest area of Honolulu. Nice view of the ocean, condo had everything we needed. The only thing I wasn’t totally satisfied with was the bed. The bed is 2 separate mattresses pushed together with an uncomfortable gap between them. Not a comfortable mattress overall, although it might be fine for others

The unit is in a great location and very nice! Jeff is a very responsive host. The blinds do need to be replaced as they are old and can't be closed all the way, limiting privacy and darkness. All in all, a great stay!

Great location, spacious, nice touch having boogie boards and cooler and chairs. We cooked many nights and the kitchen is small but very functional. Comfortable bed and brand new coach bed. The view was terrific having panoramic of mountains, beach and Waikiki. Means there is something to look at at all times of the day and night. It’s an older style apartment, that is done well. Fabulous to have a car park included. Jeff is a great host.

Condo needs updating! Carpet is awful! Coach is lumpy and old chair should be disposed of. Bathroom sink stopper needs replacing.

The condo was nice and clean and comfortable. There were enough towels and blankets. The location is perfect, close to everything. We love that St Augustine Church By The Sea is less than a block away. We always go to that church whenever we are on Oahu. Stores and eateries are all a short walk away. Just perfect. Will definitely stay here every time we're on the island.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is the best thing about this place and the extras, like the beach items (umbrella, toys, etc.) were nice and convenient. The kitchen is small, but functional and the laundry, while not in the room is across the hallway, as is the garbage shoot. The space could use updating, but it has everything you need including dishes/utensils, blankets and laundry soap. Lastly, it is a bit noisy, but that is to be expected in the middle of large, bustling city.

We had a wonderful 14 days in Waikiki!! Jeff's place is located one block from the beach and within walking distance to many places to eat and shop. Parking being included was a super plus! Parking in Waikiki is difficult and pricey. The views from the Lanai - ocean to your left and mountains to your right.

We had a terrific vacation in Waikiki, much because of the amazing stay we had at the Banyans. The apartment was located just 1 block to the beach and the best place to hang out in Waikiki with best food, shopping and almost anything you want enjoy. Some people in their reviews complained about the place being noisy, but we did not feel it at all. The views from the apartment were gorgeous and you can see surfers slipping and sliding on the waves from kitchen, bedroom and the balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make a full meal (toasted, blender, coffee machine, plenty of pots and pans, knives, peeler, wine opener etc). Also, the place had everything you need for the beach - chairs, mats, boogie boards, beach toys,, snorkeling gears, water shoes etc). our kids also enjoyed The children’s park and the pool on the 6th floor and we hung out at the 2 hot tubs.
Jeff was prompt in his responses and that made everything very very smooth and easy. The free parking was a huge plus as parking in Waikiki is always tricky.
Overall, amazing place and highly recommended to anyone who wants to travel light and enjoy the island of Oahu.

The condo was situated in the perfect location with amazing views of Waikiki Beach! The sunsets were fibrant! The condo fit 3 adults perfectly and was very comfortable. Laundry was across the hall and garbage was beside the condo...perfect location. Everything was nearby,,, shopping, eating, drinking and swimming. We loved our 2 weeks here and would highly recommend this condo!

This condo was amazing. The location was a steps away from the beach, and near grocery and convenience stores. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was very comfortable.
The only warning I would give future renters is the commotion on the street outside at night. We are both heavy sleepers so it wasn’t an issue, but if you are a light sleeper the busy street will bother you in the middle of the night.

Conveniently located, but on a noisy corner of the building above a very busy street in downtown Waikiki. Easy access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Condo is appointed well, but dated.

The property was as described, plenty of space and everything you need at your home away from home! The only negative I can think of is that the toaster needs to be replaced and the recliner isn’t super comfortable. Also could use written instructions on how to make the tv work. But those are just nit picky things. This is a great place to stay in and we would happily stay there again!!

We first stayed at Waikiki Banyon in 1985 and we frankly see no reason to try another property. It is perfectly located just one block away from Waikiki Beach. and the property as a whole is very well maintained. Jeff's unit was perfect for our needs - located in the front corner of building 1 on the 15th floor. We had ocean views from every room and the unit was very well appointed.
We only had one slight problem trying to figure out how to get the cable tv to work but Jeff was very responsive and that was soon resolved. I would clearly stay in this same unit on future trips if available

There is carpet but we did t mind at all. The space is open. My kids and I were very comfy. There is some street noise that you can hear so need to make sure all windows are closed. Otherwise very satisfied with this place! Jeff was great to communicate with and check in and out process was super easy!
