This is our second stay at this wonderful condo. Having the Pacific Ocean at the back door is amazing. Laying in the lounge chairs and watching the sunsets, walking over to the little cove for turtle sightings and beachcombing are my favorite things!. There is a little ‘mall’ just up from the traffic light, a grocery, a bookstore, a post office, Tropics Tap House, Bianelli’s Pizza, a Regal Theater.
We will definitely make a third visit!

very well put together and equipped property. incredible views of the water/cove. easy to get in and out of the complex. tennis courts and pool ++. construction on the park next door meant it wasn't available when we were there this time. but we will be back.

We had a great time at this property. Everything you might need was there. The kitchen is well stocked, allowing us to cook great meals (thanks for the sharp knives! They seem to be a rarity in rentals). The closet had a full array of beach gear to swim and snorkel and the beach chairs and umbrellas were great. There was a cooler and water jug for all day excursions. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to any place on the island. The two minute drive to the shopping center was very convenient. Be sure to hit the farmers market there if you can. Lots of fresh produce. The pool at the property is great. Of course, the view is the highlight of the property. We saw the green flash every evening. Thank you for sharing with us.

It's hard to get any closer to the water! Really enjoyed the constant sound of the surf. Well equipped kitchen and "sports" closet, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, anything you need to enjoy the beach and surf. A very relaxing environment.

You just cannot beat sitting outside on this patio being mesmerized by the view and the sound of the ocean just a few feet away! We enjoyed some enhancements that have been made since my last visit at the property, so kuddos to the owner! Always a treat staying and as they always say...location, location, location!!

Property more than lived up to the photos and description! Perfect for just my husband and I. Spent lots of time on the lanai enjoying the incredible view and listening to the soothing sounds of waves! Lack of AC was not a problem thanks to the ceiling fans and many louvered windows which are all screened. Also it was well stocked with beach gear. We so enjoyed our stay we are already looking forward to our next stay!

The condo is beautiful and a very relaxing place to stay. Has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The view is spectacular. Just a few steps from the little bay and also the pool. The bed and mattress were also comfortable. Appreciate the nice art throughout the place.

If you have ever tried online dating you will know it is quite common for the profile photos to not match reality. Well, this was NOT the case with this property - it is perfectly captured in the listing and even more perfectly was an ideal home base for our 8-day stay. The ocean-front view was stunning and the upstairs suite, so lovely. The location of the resort is well situated in relation to popular beaches and other day trips on The Island. We appreciated the wide assortment of snorkelling and other beach gear. The only thing missing for us was ice cube trays, as the built-in ice maker didn't seem to be connected. (Luckily, we know the recipe for ice and made our own in other containers.) A further suggestion for the premises might be one of those spring-loaded luggage scales as we weren't sure if our checked bag would make the 50 lb limit, after all the shopping we did! Thank you for the opportunity to rent this lovely townhouse.

Beautiful sunset views and close to everything we planned for the few days we were there. Snorkeling within walking distance at Kahalu'u Beach Park. Although we didn't use it as we were often on the go, there is pool access and other amenities for the days you want to just hang out and relax on site. Upstairs bedroom has a great seating area and nothing better than just falling asleep listening to the ocean in the large comfortable bed. A couple of noisy mornings due to grounds maintenance but late enough that it shouldn't wake you and the house info gives warning about it. Property manager was very responsive to a couple minor issues. Guest check-in/check-out requirements are reasonable compared to many VRBO listings. Definitely will consider staying here again. Loved this property. The unit itself was quiet, clean, and well furnished. We really liked that everything was clearly labeled. The property was also quiet and looked nice. Pool area was great. The views from the lanai were amazing. We saw dolphins and lots of fish from there. On the nearby beach we were able to see more fish and a couple turtles.
The only thing I can say negative about the unit is the lack of A/C. But we knew that going in. It was well documented, and I understand why. During the day, to me at least it was pretty hot in there. But we're from northern Ohio, and I'm used to wearing shorts year round, even in below freezing temps. At night though, especially on the second floor, with the windows open and the fan on, it was quite pleasant. Again, we knew what we were getting into ahead of time, but decided to go for it because of the views and location, neither of which disappointed.
Fantastic unit and property manager, if you're good without A/C, I could not recommend this unit enough.

Front row seats to sunsets and surf. It’s simply stunning. A perfect place for couples, or a single traveler. The upstairs is a master suite painted in calming blues with white wicker, and glass block. The back patio is tiled with teak table & chairs, and a stretch of green grass that overlooks the ocean. We made good use of the lounge chairs!

The location of this property can’t be beat! it is close to beaches restaurants and other amenities but set back from the road and out of the hustle and bustle. The constant sound of the waves is wonderful and relaxing and it makes it hard to ever leave! The pool area is very nice also

We were enamored with the sound of the waves every moment of our stay. The whole reason we come here- this location/unit does not disappoint. Great access to everything on the island..dinner and drink options minutes up the hill. Snorkeling plentiful along the entire coastline. Bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed as far as books to reference about the island, cooking supplies, etc. If there was any negative, it might benefit from a refresh on bedding, but it soon loses its importance with the second sunset! Would recommend highly!

This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Kona coast. It is very quiet and private, but close to everything you need. The kitchen has everything you need or want. The owners provided beach gear! The view from the lanai is outstanding.
If you are looking for a great take off place to enjoy the island of Hawaii, with a quiet resting place at the end of the day, this is it!

The property is very nice. The renovation of the upstairs from a two bedroom unit to a one bedroom master suite is really nice and allows for better airflow. The house is equipped with everything you need for fun at the beach. Sunsets on the lanai were amazing. My only suggestion would be an upgrade on pots and pans, but we made do and had some excellent meals in using the communal grills situated throughout the property.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and can't say enough about this condo! Right on the ocean with a private lanai and grass area overlooking the water. We saw turtles, tons of yellow Tang, all from our lanai. There is a nice small beach, although quite rocky right outside the door. Property amenities were fabulous, with all the beach equipment you need for a great day. Gated community for security. Kitchen well equipped with all you need to enjoy just hanging out and being alone!! We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again soon!!

This condo was ideal for our 10 day visit to Kona! The location is great and it is literally right on the water! We wanted to explore the island, as well as scuba adventures for my husband so we had a rental car and it was so nice to have reserved parking literally steps from the front door! The condo is also well stocked with all kinds of things you might need/like while there including, beach chairs, ice chest, fins and snorkel equipment to name a few - there also noodles for the beach or pool - which is also lovely! On the few detail questions I had Maria was so quick to respond. Check in and out were also a breeze! If you like the sound of the ocean this is the place for you - my husband and I loved falling asleep and waking up to the amazing sounds of the crashing waves! We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location close to town. Easy access to shopping center. Great oceanfront views. Sea breeze blows through the place nicely and there are plenty of fans (no a/c). Unit is nice and has everything you will need. The chairs and umbrella were a life saver for beach days. They even have a tv package that allowed me to watch some playoff hockey. This is the best location in the complex! A west facing corner unit, 30 yards from shore, it was quiet with a very private lanai and a killer view! You have your own grass yard with palm trees facing the ocean. Loved having the lanai as well as the seating area in the bedroom suite, & the sounds of the ocean all day & night! Reserved parking was right out the front door! Used the washer/dryer & dishwasher, lots of kitchen utensils/appliances & beach equipment! All worked great!

This beautiful home on the water would be perfect for the visitors that are looking for a smaller unit with a classic Hawaiian view of the ocean. The lanai faces due west so you can have dinner at night while the sun goes down into the ocean. Guests have a view of palm trees and black sand beaches and waves.
Surfers sometimes stop by at ride the waves in the late afternoon. All this outside your front door. You must be willing to get used to the noise of the surf when the tide changes. We found it always refreshing on a hot day. The resort and pool is family oriented and quiet.
The unit inside was very clean and was well stocked with items like beach gear and kitchen items. The owners have provided clear instructions for the use of light switches and fans. The upstairs bedroom is private and has another wonderful view from all windows. Our favorite place so far at the surf and racket club. Our favorite place to stay on the Big Island.
