My partner and I really enjoyed staying here. It had all the amenities you would need for any length of stay and the property was very clean and well presented.
The balcony has a lovely view which you can access from both the bedroom and living room which was nice. It was only a very short walk to a quiet beach, and the surrounding gardens/pool created a very relaxing atmosphere.
The owners were very easy to communicate with, and gave us some great help and advice leading up to our stay. There was a lovely welcome basket with coffee, chocolates and biscuits which I thought was a lovely touch.
I would definitely stay again and recommend the accommodation to others.

We loved the property. It is very well looked after. The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking a meal. The view was beautiful from the large balcony.
The pool was so great to spend time at as while we were there the winds were very strong so some days it we weren’t able to enjoy the beach. As well there was everything we needed to enjoy the beach or the pool with chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear. We left behind a couple of foam floaties we bought and hope others can enjoy them.
The bed is well used, or so it felt. The mattress seemed quite worn so we had a hard time sleeping, but no bed ever feels the same as your bed at home, so it could have been just that.
The only con was that there is what appears to be a window shade as the head board/wall hanging and it was very, very dusting. I was worried about dust falling on us during the night. That was the only thing that we weren’t thrilled about, but it didn’t affect our holiday.
I would also like to mention that the owner is very caring. We were there during the Maui fires and she called us to make sure we were safe. She wasn’t worried about her condo, but was worried about us. I would highly recommend staying here once Maui is welcoming tourists again. We really did leave our hearts in Maui. Maui Strong.

Very impressed with this condo! Great spot for a getaway and enjoy the island! Had no issues with anything in the unit and super easy and convenient check-in process! Food around this location was very good. Also has a variety of grocery stores nearby if you prefer to cook meals yourself! A lot of extras provided such as beach towels, snorkeling gear, laundry essentials, etc! Response from owner was very prompt as well! Would recommend staying here!

The property was very clean and exactly as described online.
But perhaps the best part of this condo is its location. Situated right on the beach, you can step outside and be on the sand in seconds. And if you're looking for some adventure, there are plenty of activities to choose from in the surrounding area.
Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Maui. With its stunning views, amenities, and unbeatable location, it's truly a dream come true.

This condo is in a great location, since Kihei is situated between Wailea and Lahaina. The building was easy to find on the main road. Although the building appeared dated exteriorly, the elevators ran perfectly, and the unit itself is updated with a beautiful ocean view. We felt comfortable and right at home here. Everyone was very friendly and we felt safe here too.
The kitchen is beautifully renovated, linens/ towels were clean, and the place is supplied with pretty much everything you need.

This condo was lovely. The kitchen is very well-stocked, with everything you need should you choose to cook. In addition to plenty of pots, pans, bakeware, there was also a blender (a little touchy) and there were spices, cooking oils, coffee filters. The welcome basket (coffee, chips, cookies, etc.) was a nice touch. My only complaint was the lack of outlets in the kitchen, but fortunately my husband travels with an extension cord (I’m not kidding!), so we were able to get around that.
The condo was very clean, and Denise and the maid service were both very responsive (I reached out to get the pool code, and I requested some bedding).
The sunsets were beautiful. The beach is nice for walking, but we didn’t see anyone swimming. We choose to go to other beach areas, and it was nice to have beach chairs. There was a small umbrella, but it was too windy to use it.
Yes, you will receive a lengthy email with ALL the checkin/check-out directions, and while it might seem like a lot, the information is helpful and none of it is unrealistic. Just treat the condo as if you owned it!

This unit was nice inside and conveniently located near the elevator, laundry and garbage. The views were hard to beat as the lanai had both great views of the ocean for watching sunsets and also gazing at the mountains. Beach is nice for walks and sunsets but water is murky so not the best for swimming. Air conditioning was the best we have had in many trips to the islands. Bed was comfortable to us. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the automatic ice maker was a plus Lots of beach equipment too. Location is a little distance from the main retail section of Kihei which makes it quieter but also means a vehicle would be a bonus if you don't want to take the bus(bus stops are located close to building though). Owners were great. Our flights were cancelled and while their units were booked, Denise helped us search for other accommodation and continued to check on us to make sure we made it safely home. Thank you so much Denise!! Would recommend this property!!

The location of this property worked perfectly for our needs on a 3 night stay. We were not looking for a resort destination with all of the on-site amenities; we were looking for a "home base" for a few days that was convenient for everything we wanted to go out and do.
The owners have A LOT of rules- for the most part they are all reasonable and generally common sense items, but there are A LOT of them (even down to where in the unit you can use an ink pen). Guests are expected to wash and put away all dishes (not just run the dishwasher as they are leaving)- keep this in mind if you know you have an early flight on your departure, no one wants to wake up extra early just to finish all of the dishes before they leave. (This policy also makes me question how clean the dishes really are- did the previous guest just rinse out their cereal bowl and toss it back in the cabinet as they were rushing to get out the morning of checkout vs. actually cleaning it.)
Overall I would stay here again and recommend to other responsible adults (probably wouldn't recommend to families with children based on the long list of rules).

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful unit 505. It was well equipped with all the necessities, including beach equipment. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the complex, such as the grills, pool and hot tub. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing and could be viewed from the lanai or the adjacent beach. Unit owners, Denise and Mike, were very responsive and easy to deal with. They helped make our stay very enjoyable. We would certainly rent this unit again and recommend it to others.

Nice property, but after reading the huge amount of dos and don'ts I was afraid to touch anything. The owners seemed very strict! The beach gear was very used. Snorkels looked dirty like they weren't cleaned and beach chairs were undesirable. The pool was nice and views from patio were beautiful. We had a nice stay overall I would give this location a 4 out of 5.

The stay definitely started off rough unfortunately because they did not clean the property by the time we got there (even though we checked in 3 hours later than expected). However once I contacted the property owner they immediately got the room cleaned and apologized for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this hurt a lot of the initial wow factor but we still thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the snacks and goodies provided by the host were a very kind gesture. I would still recommend to others but I hope that issue doesn't occur again.

This condo is newly remodeled and very nice & clean. It was wonderful to have AC in order to sleep better at night! Kitchen is well stocked, and closet has ice chest and beach chairs & beach towels to use. There are a lot of instructions, but please read through it all to keep the owners unit clean, pest free, and nice/comfortable for them and guests! The lanai is wonderful for morning coffee and evening drinks. The pool and grounds are clean and the beaches south of Kihea are gorgeous!

We stayed at this property while visiting Maui. We chose the property because of its location in Kihei which is a great location to bounce around the island. The instructions email is a bit intense laying out rules for the property, but I understand why, it’s quite beautiful. Wood floors and stunning views makes this spot a nice place to rest your head. My only suggestion would be bigger beach towels and labeling the many switches in the condo, besides that, we absolutely 100 percent would use this property again!

Thank you for sharing your island-themed condo which included nice welcome gifts. We enjoyed the beautiful view and even saw turtles peeking up in the evening right off shore. We stayed here for our honeymoon (we were on Kaanapali side the first part and stay the last 4 days here) It was the perfect place to end our honeymoon. Very quiet and more low-key compared to Kaanapali side. The condo was beautiful! Everything very nice and clean and updated. The balcony was great and the views were beautiful. The pool was super nice to have available. We were also surprised by the beach that you can walk to through the grass area. It was never crowded (maybe 2-3 other groups/families there) and it stretched a long ways. It was nice being able to walk to a nice beach that wasn't crowded or a big tourist spot. Super relaxing which was what we wanted for our last days in Maui. The Condo had everything we needed plus extras (awesome and comfy beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, various beach supplies etc.). The only part about where this is located is you will have to drive everywhere for food, shops, or if you want to go to any of the bigger beaches. But we didn't mind as we had a rental and it was a short 5 min to drive anywhere in Kihei and about 10 min to Wailea (which is gorgeous). My husband is a golfer and he played the Wailea Emerald Course. I rode along... it was absolutely stunning! Highly recommend!
We had lots of great food at the restaurants around (Kihei Cafe for breakfast, Freds, Moose McGillycuddys, 808 sandwich shop, Gilligans, Mulligans, Lava Rock bar and grill). Thank you for making the last part of our honeymoon a relaxing and awesome experience! Mahalo!

For the cost per night, it was unbeatable but definitely got what I paid for. The front door is quite heavy and loud and had hand prints all over. The front door mat was incredibly dirty. Inside, was fairly clean. However, the sofa pillows were thrown on the couch perhaps because the cleaners were in a hurry. It was stuffy and hot inside. The furniture looked used and abused - definitely far from the what the photos showed on the listing. The bed was not comfortable and had a huge dip on the right side. So I ended up sleeping on top of the sheets on blanket I brought with me. The red bath and toilet rugs were super damp. The owners were good communicators and the location wasn’t too bad. Overall, I’m sure this condo is a better fit for those of different standards than mine.

My wife and I have been coming to this complex, on and off, for the last 10 years. We started in the south building on the south side, then the north building on the north side, and 3 years in the north building facing the pool area. All of these units were ..., nice. The complex is amazing - we keep coming back. This year we spent 8 weeks in Denise and Mike's unit. We had booked it a year ago based on the pictures and we've been to this complex before. Based on the previous 5 units we stayed in, this is by far is one of the nicest, well appointed units. This unit is mid range on prices but at the high range on overall finishes and comfort.
This unit books fast - so don't wait.

My wife and I had a very short stay here - we got in late at night and left early in the morning. Everything at the rental was as described. Check in was easy with the emailed instructions. The kitchen and living room looked recently updated and were very nice. The bathroom was a little outdated, but I have no complaints as this rental was very reasonably priced. There was a little basket with some snacks which was nice to have after a long day of traveling. Overall for the price point, I think this rental was great and I would stay here again.

This condo was the perfect location for my sister and I to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of Maui. The size and location met all of our needs and the unit was fully stocked for cooking and recreating. The free parking spot was an added bonus. Our 2 weeks flew by and we can’t wait to visit again.

We had a nice time staying at this property. The grounds of the building are really nice; plenty of palm trees, well kept lawns, great pool and bbq areas. The nearby beach isn’t exactly the best but a short trip up our down the coast and you’ll find awesome beaches. Overall highly recommend this place! Loved staying at this spot! Kihei itself is in a good central spot if you plan on doing all the typical tourist activities. Its close in proximity to multiple beaches, grocery stores, and great restaurants, and I loved that they had a pool, grill, and parking all on site. The room itself is spacious enough for a family of 4 and has a nice lanai with great views for meals at the apartment. I especially loved that they had beach supplies to borrow that were in pretty good condition. The only downside was the beds. I saw some comments that they were super comfortable, while the bed in the room is, the pullout sofa was horribly uncomfortable. You would sink-in at such weird spots. But overall, would still 10/10 recommend!

We had an excellent trip to Maui do in part to the condo. This place was perfectly located and had everything you could need. We highly recommend this location and condo for a couple coming for an anniversary or honeymoon.
