We have stayed at the Ko Olina Beach Villa location many times. This unit is fantastic, well located and the Owners were very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. My family and I highly suggest staying here. Everything about the beach villa is top notch and makes for a wonderful vacation!

We very much enjoyed the accommodations that this villa offered. The kitchen is a chef’s dream of high-end appliances, the beds are so comfy you don’t want to get out of them, it felt like being at home but in the middle of paradise with a view to go ga ga over. Everything we could have possibly needed for the pool or beach or barbecuing was at our disposal. Even the grills on the property were the Wolf brand, my husband was very impressed, he’s a retired chef.
We have been gone from Hawaii for 9 years and flew home for my nephew’s wedding from the east coast. This was a year in the planning and I wanted my family to feel spoiled and like we were on a luxury vacation so we were not disappointed. We did not want to leave. 7 days was not a long enough stay. We will definitely be back. Mahalo!

There were options for all preferences—quiet pool and hot tub, family friendly areas, ocean accessible, great snorkeling, nearby restaurants and shops. Be sure to hit Eggs N Things! Easy drive to Honolulu and North shore. Do not
miss Kualoa Ranch. Our stay was amazing. Facility was accessible, clean and friendly.

The resort is really nice. I loved the quiet pool option which is right outside this unit. Unit is well supplied and comfortable. Check out the deck box before renting/buying any toys. We loved having the wagon for hauling stuff too and from the car/beach.
Owners are very responsive when I reached out to check in early.
It’s close to Costco and target for groceries.
We definitely struggled with figuring out how to use the washer/dryer combo efficiently and the resort charges a lot if you lose a room key or parking pass. All of these things are just minor things and we really enjoyed our stay!

Jae and Roth’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 parents and kids aged 4 and 6). The Ko ‘Olina beach villas have a beautiful pool (complete with outdoor hot tubs, lots of shallow swimming, a zero entry toddler beach, and a poolside bar for drinks/snacks) that opens up onto a perfect lagoon. It was honestly a little slice of paradise. The unit was equipped with everything we needed included a cart for hauling items to the beach, sand toys, snorkels, and flippers of every size from toddler to adult male! We couldn’t have asked for more. The area is lovely with lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay. The condo was just as described and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The pools were amazing! Kids loved the sand beach part of the pool. They had lots of beach stuff - chairs, cooler, sand toys, snorkels, beach towels - everything you need for a trip to the lagoon. Easy walk to Marriott and Aulani. Right across the street from the golf course. We will be back!

This property is absolutely perfect! Jae & Roth are fabulous hosts and quick to respond to any questions. This condo is well appointed and up to date. Great for a family stay, including everything you would need for the beach. The unit is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Secure grounds and access. Have stayed in 4 different units in this building over the years. All of them including this one have been great.
This one is slightly smaller than the rest but still fine for a family of 4-6.
There was no dryer so we just hang dried our beach towels that we washed.
Needs more kitchen silverware so we just did dishes more.
Also would be nice if it had a wagon to bring stuff to the beach.

Great condo with a good location. Close enough to Pearl Harbor and easy access to North Shore. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything including a rice cooker which is a must! The washer and dryer were a bit loud and the light in the guest shower was out, other than that it was a perfect condo.

What an amazing vacation rental. It has everything you could need and more, especially traveling with children. Beds were so comfortable and linens were very soft. Property was quiet and had great amenities. Easy to walk to beach, and resort restaurants and shops. Dedicated parking spot was great.

Entire property was perfect and beautiful. Condo was impeccable as was the entire grounds. Pictures on the site do not do it justice. Over looking the quiet pool was just perfect. Kids loved all the boogie boards and snorkels. We are a family of 5 parents, kids, 15,13, and 8. We never felt over crowded and the place had everything we could ask for. The shops down the way had great souvenirs and the abc store had everything you could need including hot food to go. When we get to come back we will definitely be staying in this exact same Condo!

Beautiful spacious condo with gorgeous views. Close to Aulani resort, just a few minutes walk and shopping near by. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue amenities. It was nice having local Hawaiian music played on the grounds on Tuesday and Friday. Love to visit and stay at this condo again!

We had a great time. Lots of beach gear, including boogie boards, snorkeling and beach chairs. Apartment was as described and we especially enjoyed drinks and meals out on the lanai. Check in and check out was seamless. The only complaint is the parking spot is far from the condo but it’s not a big deal.

Great location, much quieter than we expected. The semi-private beach area was never busy (and this was late June). Great , fast communication with the hosts. More importantly for us it was far enough away from the hustle of Honolulu but close enough to get in and out when we had plans in the city. Also a small grocery story, a few restaurants, and other shopping within the grounds just a short walk away. Larger shopping within about 10-15 min drive. Great place would use again!

Check in was easy, condo was clean and perfectly set up for our family of 4 with 2 teens. Property, pools, and beach/lagoons were all great. The lagoon felt like the least busy of the 4. We snorkeled and saw fish and turtles just in front of the condo. Condo included beach chairs, towels, fins and snorkel masks. Grills were cleaned every morning and we used them multiple times. Ko Olina was nice to be away from the busy city but still easy to drive to North Shore and other locations.

Everything was smooth from the first booking. Exceeded expectations. The only thing I can say is I asked the owner if there was a pack n play and he said there wasn’t. There was actually two of them in the closet. I wouldn’t have brought mine if that was the case. Other than that, great rental!

The place is beautiful. Very spacious unit with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful kitchen with nice appliances. Lanai was big and with wall to wall windows opening up it gives you plenty of space to entertain or just enjoy indoor outdoor at the same time. Property is very well maintained with direct beach access. View from the lanai is breathtaking to the property with the pool and the beach. Check-in and out process was easy and quick, staff very pleasant and nice. Unit had beach chairs available as well which was very convenient. Sunset on this side of the island are so beautiful.

Beautiful home. Beautiful location. I’ve stayed in enough vrbo’s to really appreciate the ones that go out of their way to have the necessary supplies on hand. Simple things that out of towners will need and not want to buy for just one week. Like salt and pepper shakers, non stick spray, zip lock bags, shampoo and conditioner, nice big beach towels, plenty of dishes and silverware. This house while nice seemed to be lacking in some of the conveniences we are used to. Would still recommend to others along with a list of items to bring with them.

Such a fantastic area - wonderful views. I would have liked the opportunity to sit out on the patio, but I understand that painting was being done and the area had to be clear of furniture. We used the Lap Pool each morning and loved the walking paths. We even found a fantastic place for a Massage Royal Thai Massage. The only thing I would suggest is to get some upgraded beach towels.

We loved the Ko Olina resort. The grounds were gorgeous and plenty of pools to avoid overcrowding. The resort is located right outside of the highly trafficked areas, but convenient to restaurants and activities. All staff on site were helpful and always so welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, even when arriving after main hours. We had a small hiccup with our reservation, but Jae was quick to work towards resolution. We would rent from this listing again!

Loved the location of this property as it was easy for us to prepare for our wedding at the Four Seasons. The condo was clean and furnished nicely! We loved the big kitchen and did end up cooking a little bit while we were there. We did encounter two small cockroaches, but I do not believe that was due to the condo being unclean. It had been warned to us that this does happen from time to time before our arrival and I think having a trash chute (convenient) nearby may have been the cause for this. But that does not diminish the great place this was! It was very easy to go to nearby Kapolei for food and supplies (Costco, Target, grocery stores, etc.). I do wish the parking space was a bit closer, but we did have a lot of things to haul around, so not usual for the average tourist. The beach and pool were lovely and very convenient and easy to get to. We had plenty of space and everything was great! We loved staying in this area because it was quieter than Waikiki and just as convenient.

The Owner was very responsive, Wifi worked Great, The Deep Soaking tub was awesome, The home was well equipped with enough things for a week, towels, trashbags, paper towels, dish soap etc, The downside-The Kurig was not working correctly, The cabinet under the sink is coming off the hinge, There were bugs/roaches coming through to the house from the Garbage shoot that is located right outside of the condo, Besides the few downs, The Location is Beautiful and I would stay again, We loved Hawaii

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time. Other family members stayed at the Marriott nearby that is a short walk away. We appreciated the security of the building. This condo is in the ocean tower and each elevator only gives access to this condo and one other on the floor. Unlike in hotels where you hear converstations in the hallway and doors closing, I only heard the other condo's door close once.
The only thing we felt was missing was a welcome book with information. We didn't see the information posted on the wall in the kitchen and the laundry closet until the second day and were not given any instructions for what to do in the condo for check out.

The property was perfect, we were able to take day trips and have a home base for meals without having to eat out every day. The pool and beach access were also perfect for downtime on days we didn't want to travel around the island. The coffee shop and several restaurants were all within walking distance as well.

This is our second time staying at this particular unit. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The unit itself is clean & well maintained, beds are so comfy and you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The location is what sold us from the first time we booked 7 years ago. The lagoons are perfect for snorkeling, swimming & floating. This unit has boogie boards and other things for the beach so no need to go shopping unless you want your own snorkel gear which is what we bought at Target not too far away. (I wish I would’ve just bought it at home and brought it) We are close to Target so we went grocery shopping and we’re able to cook at home. The property has community grills to cook on & 2 pools that are perfect to relax in. I always recommend friends & family to this place and will continue to book in the future.

Where to begin! This was a vacation we will never forget. When we pulled up, the property and location was absolutely beautiful. We knew right then we made a great decision. The check-in staff were great and welcoming. Then to the villa we went! Absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about the villa. The bed and sheets were super soft. The kitchen was great. I loved having a washer/dryer and took all clean clothes home. Little frustrating you can't hang things on the lanai to dry but we managed. I understand though why they prefer you not to. I do believe our favorite was the lanai. We ate out there almost every time we ate in. Breathtaking views of the grounds, the pool and even the ocean. The area where this is located is top notch. We traveled all over the island just about every day and wouldn't have wanted to stay in any other area of the island. We loved that there was an ABC store and Monkey Pod within walking distance. The pools were beautiful and the koi ponds were great. We enjoyed some great drinks from the bar and the live music on occasion. The lagoon was such a bonus. Just beautiful. We saw sea turtles every day in the lagoon. We loved that it was right on a boardwalk. Very impressed with the Beach Villa in that check out time was at 11 am however our flight wasn't until 7 pm. They let us park in guest parking and we got to enjoy the pool and lagoon all day. It was a safe place to leave the car full of luggage and enjoy our last full day. I could go on and on. We were very impressed with this villa and our stay. Thank you very much to our amazing hosts for having us! Till next time!

We stayed here for a week with our 4 adult children. It was so clean, comfortable and quiet. The sofa bed was a little small to sleep two so we bought an air mattress at Target (the one in condo was torn). Kitchen set up is perfect-we did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. The Lanai has a beautiful view. The pools, hot tubs, koi stream, beach lagoon are all perfect! The staff was very accommodating to our family who needed to park their car in visitor parking. There were several snorkels, boogie boards and a big beach cooler to use. We hope to come back again!
