Welcome to Paniolo. Please come and enjoy our two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment, which has been furnished to ensure an enjoyable accommodation for the entire family. Located on a second story, this large unit with a private lanai provides a perfect view of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Discounts to the golf course are available to renters, or you can simply enjoy watching golfers pass by while relaxing, having a drink, playing board games or having dinner on the lanai.

The unit is located in the quiet village of Waikoloa, only a 15-minute driving distance from everyone’s favorite beaches (Hapuna, Kauna’oa, Waialea, and A-Bay beaches). The complex has a clean, heated swimming pool and a tennis court also available to renters.

All amenities included. Convenient parking is located just outside the building. One bedroom has its own bathroom, so privacy is assured (the other bathroom is accessible both from a bedroom and from the living room). Wireless Internet access is available throughout the apartment, 3 flat screen TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room; 2 have cable service), DVD player and a well-equipped kitchen will allow you to relax and enjoy your stay.
Since our goal is to ensure that you feel like at home, you will find we furnish many items to help you enjoy your hobbies without the hassle of figuring out more details: fins, snorkeling gear, body boards, beach towels, etc. If you don’t find something you needed let us know and we will see if it makes sense for us to also provide it for your next visit. A pack n’ play, high chair and stroller are also available to cover the needs of your little ones.

There is a 4 night minimum stay except for during the Winter Holidays and Thanksgiving seasons when the minimum stay is 7 nights.

We stayed for a little more than two weeks at the Paniolo Club condo during mid-July. The condo is not air conditioned but is comfortable most of the time by keeping the windows open and having the pleasant breeze moving through the condo. The condo was clean, easy to access, and the property manager was responsive. We had all our meals on the lanai and enjoyed the peaceful garden view.

From booking thru the entire stay the experience was wonderful. Communication with the owner was awesome and he provided helpful tips and took care of our needs. Location is awesome and we were able to explore most of the island from this single location.

Our experience, which the owner tried to remedy was disappointing. On arrival dishes were dirty, lighting extremely poor and dingy, space is quite dark, tv blocks the view, and second bedroom is extremely noisy to name a few. Owner refunded our cleaning deposit and states has now bought new pans. Pool is not on premises-it’s the recreation pool for the town.

It is clean and easy access to many locations in Hawai'i. If you are planning to go to both Hilo and Kona and the great beaches around Kohala then it is great. Recommendation in regards to staying in this house. 1) Open all windows as you arrive and generally have them open to have cool breeze. It does cool down rather quickly. (There is no AC and you won't need it) 2) Stay out from the second floor (storage room). It is locked out for a reason. 3) Food disposer switch is behind the microwave. 4) Put Gas in whenever you are in Hilo. There is almost $1.00/gallon difference in cost in Waikoloa Village. 5) Kona has a Costco so get your food there. Have a great stay.

The location is great, grocery store, coffee shop and some takeout places within walking distance. The is a new plaza with more shops opening soon. The condo is well equipped, beds are comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need for cooking during your stay. There are snorkels , masks, fins, beach toys, beach chairs, and beach towels. It is only a short drive to several nice beaches.

Lots of space for 4 people. Unit had most everything we needed. Quiet area. Limited space for storing own food in cupboards when staying for a month but workable. Just an FYI, 2nd bedroom with ensuite bathroom does not have a door. Had a lovely stay.

The condo is conveniently located near the best beaches on the big island and had everything we needed. It's also very connected via the nearby highways to get to Hilo, Waimea, or the Hamakua coast with ease. It was very clean and was very quiet during our stay. Our favorite part was the large balcony in the back with a great view of the golf course. There were a lot of fans to keep cool as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Things that could be improved: the sofa/couch is at the end of its useable life; the master bed mattress (which is huge!) has 2 valleys and a hill ;-); the pool passes say that they expired in 2020, which made us reluctant to use them; the TV in the second bedroom is not connected to anything - it is simply a screen. Second bedroom en suite does not have a door, which is unusual. Did not appear to be any gas in the grill. Some people may wish for AC. Having said that - the location is great with a supermarket and gas station within walking distance; 15 mins from nearest beach with many more nearby. Snorkels, 2 body boards, 2 lawn chairs, tupperware, some beach shoes and ample towels provided for days out. Very clean. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, all with detergent supplied. Quiet location. Lovely luau. Entertaining turkeys on the gold course. We very much enjoyed our time and would recommend to anyone.

We would stay here again. Comfortable beds and having the laundry was nice. It is 10 minute drive to most of the shops in Waikoloa and 2 minute drive to the nearest market and gas station. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need, but we ate out meals. The water from the shower was warm and the place was quiet at night. Easy check in and out.

We thought this was the perfect location to explore the entire island. Nothing is too far of a drive and it feels pretty central to any part of the island. This Vrbo has everything you need for going to the beach, snorkeling and has a very homie touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall great stay on the big island. The host is great and quick to respond. The house has a beautiful view. The only downside of the house, was that it was a little warm as there is no A/C.

My wife, three kids, and I enjoyed a relaxing week at the place. It is super clean with zero bugs, which we've found to be pretty unusual in Hawaii. Waikoloa is also windy, but the way the apartment is angled the wind keeps it comfortably cool and the lanai is totally protected and is not windy at all. We also appreciated all the beach equipment. It really is 15-20 minutes to many of the best beaches on the island, and a large grocery store and shopping center is a 5 minute walk away. We also really enjoyed the pool. It is 3/4 of a mile away, but it is large with several lap lanes. Usually my wife and I would trade off swimming laps and supervising our kids The only funny thing to know about is the layout - the second bathroom is connected to the kids' bedroom instead of the master bedroom and it doesn't have a door so it doesn't offer a lot of privacy.

Extremely comfortable and spacious, with 2 full bathrooms and a large patio overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was well appointed. The king size bed was comfortable to sleep in. I appreciated having two sliding doors to open as there is no AC. I would definitely rent this property again.

We are a family of 5 and stayed 4 nights. We had a comfortable stay. The property is at a good location on the west side of the island. Not too far from the airport or to beaches/snorkeling/grocery stores/restaurants. The condo itself doesn't get much natural sunlight but the view from the back is very pretty. The owner was very responsive. Would recommend this property.

It is a quiet space - with a Lanai that faces a huge tree making it the preferred space to hang out and enjoy time "in". Owner communicates quickly to any inquiry. All in all the accommodation is nice with vaulted ceilings and is best suited for guests who are gone most of the day. For our taste, the dark brown curtains, couches, and bedding made the condo seem dark - with lighter accents the condo would seem brighter. The kitchen could use a few more pots and pans. The beach gear was a bit dated or broken. The rental agreement seemed unnecessary for our 10 day stay, however David mentioned it was because of past guests. Overall the condo was nice and a good value. Waikoloa Village is a great location, quiet yet conveinent to the beaches.

Condo was nice and quiet. Cozy deck with a view of the golf course and there was a gas BBQ grill to use. The windows throughout the condo are large and numerous, letting in the bright sun. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils and dishes you need to cook and enjoy a homemade meal. There was also a washer and dryer in the condo for us to use as well as plenty of extra bath and beach towels. There is a local store two blocks away that you can walk to and buy groceries or cooked food. I enjoyed my daily morning walk around the golf course. I would recommend this place and rule stay here again. Owner David communicated before my trip and made checking in easy and fast.

Property exactly as advertised. Clean, neat, organized. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Owner communicated promptly and professionally. Check-in/out procedures very clear. Not having to buy or rent snorkeling gear was nice. 13 yr old loved the boogie boards. One of the best beaches on the island is ashort 10 min drive. It was easy to head up the mountain from this location for anyone interested in headiup up to Mauna Kea or over to the hilo side. The highway from here is awesome and very well maintained. Nice condo on the golf course. Many amenities for the $. Condo has all modern conveniences: HE washer, dryer, dishwasher, glass top stove. Double bathroom is extremely convenient. Nice dishes, cookware, etc. Great balcony overlooking one of the golf holes. Very close proximity to parking spot. If you are looking for reasonable rate with nice amenities outside of downtown, but within 20 min drive, look no further. We did not use the pool as we enjoyed what the island had to offer. This is within walking distance to grocery store, gas station, and local restaurants. Would consider this again for a future stay.
