Waikoloa Beach Villas is a 120 unit luxury villa development located in the heart of a world class resort destination, the Waikoloa Beach Resort, on Kohala’s sunny gold coast. Unit K3 is a lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit on the garden level in the desirable “K” building, facing the fairway of the beautifully manicured Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. This unit is perfect for those who want to stroll or play in the wide open common area backyard.

This luxurious unit includes:

~ Living & dining area: 1209 sq. ft. living area featuring Hawaiian/tropical style furnishings and artwork, central air conditioning, queen size sofa bed, dining table for 6; 40 inch flat screen TV, blue ray player, Bluetooth enabled stereo system; iPod docking station, wireless internet and telephone (with free calls anywhere in North America);

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at this condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The grill had no propane, but we were able to get a tank after searching for half a day. There was a propane shortage on the island. FYI Costco does not fill propane tanks in Kona, so don't waste your time. We enjoyed the patio and the ability to grill. We had 6 people for 2 of the 3 weeks. It was a little crowded with 6 people, but was perfect for 4 people. The owner was very responsive to a problem that we had with the A/C and had it fixed quickly. The only problem we had was at checkout. Checkout time is 10:00 am. We all took our luggage out to the car at 9:30 am and the lock number was changed! Our phones and wallets/purses were locked in the condo. We had no way to get ahold of the owner, since our phones were all inside the locked condo. We were able to get in, but be sure not to pull the door completely closed, or you could get locked out. Maybe they will start changing the code at 10AM instead of any time before. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

You can’t beat the location of the condo. You are within walking distance of the shops and less than 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and the lagoon. This condo is child friendly with its location, amenities and is overall well stocked with all that you would need. The two pools are amazing and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them! I would book this location again in a heart beat!

My family and I really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, location was great. We loved listening to the birds while sitting on the lanai and also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were a short walk away. We also liked the fact that we could walk over to Queen's Marketplace and the King's shops to pick up some groceries, coffee, and sushi from the deli. A-Bay was close by too and enjoyed exploring the beach there and little trail by the fishponds. Overall a great place to stay!

The condo was clean, spacious and well appointed, we enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course. It is very convenient to retail shopping, groceries, A-bay (gorgeous sunsets), and the Hilton resort complex. You are right in the middle of all the best Kona coast beaches as well. Moreno was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would definitely come back!

Love how this place is a short distance from Queens Markert and A-Bay. Has everything you need. you won't regret staying here. The only negative would be the beds being uncomfortable but we tend to find this being a problem at most places. Thank you so much for a perfect stay. Mahalo

We've stayed at WBV before but first time at this specific condo. We love the location of the property because it is so close to amenities and a great family community. Definitely will stay again! Loved the condo itself but it could use a bit of updating and TLC. Other than that, we would go back in a heart beat!

Condo was as shown in the photos and the description. We’ll-equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed! Amazing location across from Queen’s Market. Waikoloa Beach Resort is well-manicured. We walked every morning and always felt safe and comfortable.

The property and unit are beautiful and a fantastic place to stay with kids. We loved the grill on the back patio and all of the beach umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards we could use! The only negative aspect to our stay was that the pool key provided DID NOT work for either of the pools, and this issue was never resolved by the property manager during our 7 night stay.

Best place to rent! We have stayed in other Waikoloa properties over the years and found this gem which was half the cost of many other listings. The rental was fully equipped in the kitchen and the garage which was an unexpected but welcomed surprise with the reduced price! Best location possible, a few minute walk from shopping, food, and beach or pool fun! You can’t beat the Waikoloa Beach Villas and this property will be my go to for future visits! Location was perfect! You can walk to Queens market and Kings shopping center very easily. I enjoyed morning walk everyday. Rental unit was clean and more than big enough for my family. We had minor issues when we checked in. Bed sheet/cover was not done in the master bedroom, and there was some stuff left in a dryer on arrival. Circuit breaker for the oven was off when we arrived and we had to turn it back on before using the oven. That took us a while to figure out. We didn’t use snorkeling gear or boards because they were either broken or missing parts. Others thanks these minor issues, we had great time in Waikoloa!

We loved our stay at Moreno’s condo. It had all the amenities we desired. The location was perfect for us, too! The AC worked great. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we could possibly want in it. He helped me quickly resolve an issue with the garage door opener. My only small complaint was that the snorkeling gear in the garage was a bit tired and most had some small issue like a buckle or strap missing which made it hard to put a full set of snorkel gear together. We would love to come back and stay again!

We had a great stay at the Beach Villa. The layout was perfect being on the ground level. We ate on the lanai every morning and many dinners. My mother uses a walker and cannot do steps very well. Having both bedrooms and walk in shower on bottom floor was perfect. We found the kitchen fully stocked with the tools needed for meals. The grill worked great. We had a short walk to the Queen Mall for coffee, shopping, & food. Thank you for sharing your villa. Mahalo

The unit is nestled in a quiet community in the heart of Waikaloa with the golf course serving as your backdrop. My family & I really enjoyed the ambiance and the spaciousness of the unit. PROS: 1) Location in the heart of Waikaloa 2) Beautiful lanai right on the golf course 3) Spacious accommodations with everything you need for your home away from home 4) Walking distance to Queens & Kings Marketplace CONS: 1) My kids complained of squeaky beds 2) The stand-up shower door in the masterbath does not fully close so air leaks in & water leaks out Highly recommended.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 13 nights. The unit is high end and nicely decorated. Loaded kitchen with everything we needed and more. We LOVED the outdoor patio (lanai) and the gorgeous lawn outside the unit. We lived outside and ate all our meals out there and our kids played constantly in the green, lush gardens just past the condo's outdoor space. Views were great. Complex is amazing. Ideal location. We walked to Queen and King Shops a ton. The pools and hot tubs are perfection.. warm, beautifully landscaped.. loved them!! Sadly, I have to mention the beds, linens and pillows. They were the absolute worst we've ever slept on! Hard, very uncomfortable and LOUD AS CAN BE. They crack, creak, squeak and screech with every movement you make, all night long. The sheets were so pilled, it felt like sand was in the bed. And lastly, the pillows were awful. Flat, cheap, zero support. The beds were horribly disappointing and discouraging. But everything else was absolutely perfect. The garage was full of items we needed and used. Beach umbrella, coolers, toys and so much more. There were 4 bicycles in the garage but they were locked up, which also was disappointing because my husband and I love to bike. Besides the beds, we LOVED every second of our time in Hawaii and in this condo. *We will not be returning to this unit in the future unless the mattresses, linens and pillows have a major upgrade.* But huge thanks to the wonderful owners who were so easy to communicate with and who allowed us to have a later check out because we had three small kids who needed naps. We miss Hawaii already and can't wait to return next summer!

This spacious condo has everything you need and then some. The dedicated garage is stocked with beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and umbrellas. The apartment was clean - though the cleaning service could do a better job to be honest with the bathtub/showers. There were plenty of towels, both beach and regular, but they seemed to have soured sitting in the washer too long. A quick run through the washer and dryer easily remedied this though. The condo had so much space that there was room to be together and also get away when needed lol! The walk to the beach was a little farther than expected but still easily handled while the proximity to the shopping area was FANTASTIC! The Waikoloa resort was conveniently located for quick trips to the north (Waimea) and south (Kona) with the east (Hilo) taking about 1.5 hours to get to. We did two day trips to Volcano Nat'l Park but they were LONG days due to the 2 - 2.5 hour drive time to get there. There's a reason they call this island the big island! All in all, I'd go back to this condo in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend it to others.

We loved our stay there and wished we would have stayed longer! It was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything and anything we needed. We loved the location for easy access in and out for day adventures. The walk out lanai to the shared open space was great for the kids to run around on the grass. Property was very well maintained. Having the beach toys and cooler was fantastic. Prompt response with the deposit refund. Would certain go back in a heartbeat!
