We loved this condo! The location couldn’t be better for small kids since we were so close to the beach. There were plenty of amenities so we could really get comfortable and the management/staff here is very accommodating. We had the best time!

This place is fantastic! From the excellent location to the cleanliness of the condo and surrounding facilities, it is just an amazing property!
My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. The combination of various pools and hot tubs with the beautiful Wailea beach and provided umbrellas and lounge chairs is unbeatable. This place is perfect for large family gatherings in picturesque Maui.
Also, we had one little issue with the AC. We called the front desk and they had the maintenance crew out to our condo within 15 minutes and the problem resolved in less than an hour.
I could not give this place a better recommendation!

This property is extremely well-kept and has everything you need. Best of both worlds of a vacation condo rental/resort hotel hybrid.
Property management on-site was extremely responsive - the bbq grill on the lanai was broken when we arrived, but was fixed the same day we reported the issue.
We would stay again, and hope that will be sooner than later!

Everything about the property is exactly as advertised. More than that, everyone working at Wailea Villas are fantastic. You will be offered rides in golf carts if you look like you are going somewhere on the property. The guys at the pool and the beach will help get you set up for the day with chairs, umbrellas and towels. it's a well run operation. You are right in the middle of everything, walk to restaurants and shops or down the beach path to get some exercise. Thank you for the wonderful week in Maui, we will be back!

It exceeded our expectations. The Villa was perfect for the grand kids and all the adults. The property is so lush and tropical. The beach area was perfect. The ocean worked great for boogie boards, kayaking, and building sand castles. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee packets and cream, spices, etc. it was the best ever and will be wonderful memories for all of us.

We have rented Susan’s villa starting in 2014. We absolutely love the villa and its location. We are always so relaxed while we are there. My husband ALWAYS has to take me kicking and screaming on our departure day to the airport! Sad day for me.. Susan’s villa is decorated so beautifully and has everything you need. We returned to this property because we enjoyed it so much last year. The location and facilities are unbeatable. I love having “beach service” and there are restaurants and a small market within walking distance. The penthouse itself is beautiful. The kitchen is well-stocked and housekeeping came mid-week which was a huge bonus. Susan was very responsive to all my questions. Thank you for such an amazing place to stay and vacation!!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for 4 glorious nights. This was one of the best places I have ever rented and our family of 5 travels often and we primarily stay at vacation rentals. This place had the feel of a resort with the privacy of a residence. It was truly the best of both worlds. The kitchen is wonderful and the showers are luxurious. The whole unit is kept extremely clean. The WBV location cannot be beat. A quick 2-3 min walk over to the shops to pick up a quick meal, ice cream or shop is so convenient. The beach is a 3 minute walk down a beautiful path. I even had a lovely massage on the property outdoors by the beach. I will admit, I was very nervous about the pool situation as I didn’t read closely and didn’t realize the main pool by the beach is adult only until the night before I arrived. Susan reassured me that all would be well and the family pool was wonderful and perfect for my three kids. It is very close to the unit. The water is warm and the pool is 4ft at its deepest. There is a 1.5 ft section for the really little ones. The whole experience was phenomenal, the place was even better than the photos! We would definitely love to return to this magical home on our next vacation to Maui!

I’ve stayed at WBV a number of times before. I found this property J205 really well managed. Everything was labeled and described for use.
The view was great for a 2nd floor unit.

This unit is very well located, close to the Shops at Wailea and close to the beach and all the Wailea amenities. The three bedrooms makes it a very comfortable place to stay, with a well-equipped kitchen and great sunset views from the balcony.

Wow, this penthouse was perfect! It’s so close to the kids pool and the view from the deck was magnificent. We would look forward each evening to watching the sunsets on the ocean. Each room was great, my family of 7 was very comfortable. Each bathroom was beautiful. Highly recommend.

We had such an amazing stay, we can't wait to go back! The rooms were perfect for 3 couples and a young child, and it was super convenient having a bathroom for each room. The pools, beach, and the rest of property perfectly kept, and the staff were all so friendly. We could have spent all of our time on the property lounging :) We loved having towels, sunscreen, and water available at the pools. The location was extremely convenient, just a short walk across from the lobby to the Shops at Wailea, which we did a few times for coffee and shopping! We did a mix of take-out and cooking, and the kitchen was amazing! It well-stocked with everything we needed (even a rice cooker!) and having two refrigerators was extremely handy. Susan was very responsive and helpful, highly recommend!

We stayed oct, 2021, and had a wonderful week at this property. i would update her description and say it is only about 3.5 minute walk to pool, 5 min to beach (unless elderly not a big deal, altho tiresome by last couple days)- family pool very close, but we preferred pool by beach. the balcony has a very nice view and very quiet. the unit is stocked for all essentials, and we had a light go out and property mgmt came up at 7pm and replaced (on balcony and we could not reach).
some other units closer might be more appealing, as they have unobstructed views and closer to pool/beach, but this unit was priced less because of it and we loved it there!
the shops at wailea were a very short walk across street behind and have nice restaurant or two for quick choice, plus a small grocery store.
marriott and 4 seasons very close for dinner/drinks. wish this complex had some drink service at pool area, or anywhere on property but otherwise we rate this a can't miss place to stay!!!!! loved it.

Fantastic property that met most important criteria...quiet! We were so glad NOT to be staying at the mega resorts nearby. We were able to enjoy their amenities (restaurants, beach activities shack, etc) then retreat to our most tranquil commune. We were not contacted by the property manager during our stay, which may have been intentional not to bother us, but we did have some questions and would have enjoyed at least one day of housekeeping and trash services. The Villas concierge services were fantastic, highly knowledgeable and the front desk was available for basic services and very nice. FIVE STARS!

I can't say enough about this property and resort! Susan was so responsive and helpful during our booking process. The home is beautiful and spacious with all the amenities we could wish for! The view from the lanai is spectacular, and we loved the convenience of the pools and beach not to mention the Shops at Wailea right outside the front gate. We were very busy during this vacation with catamaran trips, snorkeling, biking down Haleakala, parasailing, ziplining and the luau right down the beach path, but we were always happy to spend downtime at our penthouse. The staff at the resort is terrific, friendly and helpful. We felt pampered and relaxed, and it was the perfect opportunity to catch up with and enjoy the company of our young adult children. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend it! Although there are many beautiful resorts on the island, we think there is something special about the size and feel of this resort. Mahalo!

The property was amazing and this specific condo even better! The condo has everything needed for a nice, relaxing stay in Maui, and is only steps from the beach.
My wife and I booked this condo hoping that “we had found the perfect place for our group’s mainland escape”…this property/condo achieved that and more! The other two couples couldn’t believe how nice it was and didn’t want to leave!!! The location; the view; the amenities; the decor; the technology…Everything was perfect.
My wife and I are now staying in the neighboring “hotel” for the last few nights of our Hawaii vacation…and let’s just say that, even with an “upgraded oceanfront room” (which looks back at the property being reviewed)…there is no comparison. We wish that we would have stayed at the condo/villa vs make the switch…even if it meant paying for the few additional nights for just my wife and I.

This property is absolutely stunning inside and out. We were here with friends and family on vacation and the condo comfortably slept 8. We had plenty of space to relax, cook and sleep. Every staff member we encountered was beyond wonderful. Incredible beach, sunsets and pools. We loved every second of our trip and are sad to leave-this property is well worth it! What can I say? Stayed with some friends and everything, from the booking with Susan, to the welcome at the resort, to the finishes in the unit itself, the hi-spec TVs, the ocean view (yes there are also some buildings in the foreground, but the crucial sunset view is lovely from this unit!), is just marvellous. Can't recommend enough, though also want to keep this secret to myself!

Once again Susan, the condo and the resort staff exceeded expectations. Our second time staying here may have even surpassed the first just because we already knew the location/restaurants/etc. The accommodations were perfect for our family with grown kids. Beds, showers, kitchen are top notch. The running path along the oceanfront is great for a short run; kayak rental very close; and I highly recommend the Oceanside massage!

We stayed at this condo with another family for seven nights. This home surpassed our expectations. It was immaculate and easily fit our two families of four. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking after long days snorkeling, playing in the sand, and hanging at the beautiful pool. One of the highlights of the condo was the large lanai porch at night. We watched incredible sunsets over the ocean and could hear the waves crashing. We also loved heading to dinners and ice cream just a few steps away at the Wailea shops. The property management company was ready to help with anything and everything. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We will definitely rent this property again.

My family and I truly enjoyed loved our stay at Aloha Kai Suite and the Wailea Beach Villas. Beautifully decorated, clean, kitchen had everything you needed, and of course the view was amazing. We loved being so close the sandy beach, the two pools, and close to the shops and restaurants at Wailea (especially the ice cream shop which they visited nightly). The staff at WBV was outstanding, very friendly and there if we needed anything from reservations to beach chairs! Susan the owner of Suite J205 was very prompt to answer any questions I had prior to booking our vacation and before our arrival. I would definitely book this unit again for our next trip to Maui!

Our family of 5 had an incredible stay on Maui at the Aloha Kai Suite at the Wailea Beach Villas. The villa is everything and more we had read about in other reviews. It is very well appointed, with all the luxuries of home. 3 spacious bedroom/bathrooms and a wonderful layout. We enjoyed the great views as we grilled out on the back deck on the great gas grill. The location is unbeatable. The shops and restaurants of Wailea are a short walk, as are the pools and beach. Short drive to airport and most of Maui's sights. We will return. It is truly fantastic...5 star!!

We absolutely loved the Aloha Kai Suite and the Wailea Beach Villas property! The condo was beautifully furnished, had comfortable beds, and was impeccably clean (along with twice daily maid service). The kitchen was state of the art and had everything you would need. The ocean views and the lanai with the grill were amazing. Everyone at WBV was so friendly and helpful with dinner reservations, activities and setting up beach chairs down at the beach. It was a perfect location, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was so nice to have so much space and comfort, but yet right next to the beautiful beach and restaurants/shopping. We will definitely recommend the Aloha Kai suite and WBV to all of our friends and family and hope to return again soon!

The Aloha Kai Suite is everything one can dream of while being in paradise. It's layout, furniture, & ocean view are as good as it gets. I loved that from the kitchen there is an unobstructed ocean view. And the master suite has a spectacular ocean view.

Our family had the most amazing vacation! Our stay at Susan and Ron's condo was incredible (Wailea Beach Villas). The view's were wonderful, the condo is fully furnished with everything you need and more! My husband and I love the comfort of the beds and the furnishings of the condo. We had our friends stay with us and they were more than impressed. We all enjoyed sitting on the lanai and enjoying an evening cocktail while watching the sunset. We traveled with 3 small children (3, 7, and 7) and they had a great time sharing one of the bedrooms. I can't wait to go back and stay in this wonderful, spacious condo. We just returned from a weeks stay in Aloha Kai Suite at Wailea Beach Villas. We had 3 couples and each felt like we had our own master suite with ajoining bath. The condo is absolutely beautiful with all the amenities that you could imagine. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning watching the whales and the spectacular sunsets every evening. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the shops and restaurants and a easy drive to groceries and sight seeing. The staff was very helpful, everything from setting up our chairs on the beach, dinner and golf recommendations to printing our boarding passes at the end of our stay. We had a wonderful trip and plan to return soon

We had an amazing time at Wailea Beach Villas, penthouse J205, the grounds, & the entire property were amazing! The villa has everything you need & very well equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators & a Viking grill. The beds were extremely comfortable & we could see the whales swimming from our balcony. We were traveling with our 15 month old son & the villa was pretty much baby proof - I did not even need to use the baby gates I had shipped there, so this is a great place to stay with kids too! Loved everything about it!!!
