Location was good however listing said luxury condo…maybe back in 1980 when it was built but it is a tired unit needed a refresh. Had a couple cockroaches and ants. Dan the maintenance guy was helpful. But based on the unit not being luxury was not worth the money. I would say the price should e half of what they asking

I stayed here with my family. I felt the location was good, but you did have to cross a street and cut through condo's to to get to the beach. I would not describe the unit as luxurious or a gourmet kitchen. It was a bit dated and felt like a rental. Worked OK because we were out all day.

We travelled with a big family group, total 8. The teenage boys stayed in the living room on the pull out sofa and air mattress the rest of us enjoyed the rooms. We loved being able to cook/grill big family meals to help save money during our trip. Manager was very quick to answer any questions. No problems with this stay it was very nice! Thank you!

We had an amazing time at your home it was set up so nice looks just like the pictures. The unit was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the grill and the easy access to the beach. Not to mention all the beach 🏖️ chairs, towels boogie board and more we wanted for nothing And the backyard is a true oasis 😍Beautiful!! They only thing we didn’t like was leaving

We had a great time at this home. Very close to the beach (2min walk) and very nice neighborhood.
Home had everything we needed, we grilled and ate Al fresco a couple if times.
We found a path on the beach for the beautiful morning walk.
Would totally recommend and come back!

It was ok. We had been approved to check in early. Upon arrival we found that the unit had not been cleaned. After calling the owner, the Cleaning men came. One had sunscreen all over him because he had just been plucked from the water. The cleaners had excuses of why the unit had not been cleaned. After that it was hard to be comfortable with our stay having started off with filthy conditions. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience of that, being home during cleaning, not fully cleaning because we were I. The way and having the cleaners question me as to why we flew in at the time we did.

The location was a short walk to Napili and Kapalua beaches, which was fantastic! Kitchen was well set up. There is a two car garage, but one of the spaces is used. Lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, boogie boards). Worked well for our group of seven (6 adults and one child). Nice property and stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is nice and clean and there was nothing to complain about. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a small chest of drawers in the smaller bedrooms to avoid living out of a suitcase for a week. The beach was a short walk but you must be careful as the road is fairly busy. There is shopping near by and plenty of places to eat. The washer/dryer is in the garage, which is not connected to the house so you must go outside to access them. There were plenty of beach items, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc., but it would have been great to have a wagon to cart them in. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property. It’s proximity to a number of beautiful beaches (a few witching walking distance) made it ideal for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, and the availability of beach towels boogie boards, and other amenities was so nice. Curtis was very great to work with, and we would definitely stay here again.

This property is located a very short walk to Napili Cove. The condo is comfortable for two couples and children or a large family and offers more than enough beach accessories - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys. The kitchen is very well stocked both with utensils and pots/pans as well as cooking essentials. The patio out back is great for outdoor grilling and dining. The master bedroom/bath is huge and the other bedrooms are relatively small but comfortable. The condo could use a fresh look but since we weren't inside except to cook and sleep it didn't really matter!

Very nice condo, not on the water but just a few minutes walk away from both Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Curtis, the property manager, was very responsive. Kitchen is very well fitted out, as well as beach equipment.

Location is key! Nestled between two beautiful beaches, one a 5 minute walk and the other 10 minute walk. So glad we had this rental in the stormy visit to Maui! Was nice to be able to retreat here to the condo instead of a hotel room. Vrbo is the way to travel! Having a full fridge and way to cook was also nice. Very hard to get restaurant reservations right now with places being at 50% capacity. Enjoyed our stay at the condo! Clean linens, beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Should have brought our Roku for the living room tv…they have cable and dvd only there.

Overall we loved this house. Location was a 10 - short walk to Napili beach, grocery store very close, Lahaina maybe 16 minute drive. For families it is a 10 - tons of beach accessories in the garage, tvs in every room with cable, bath tub in guest bath.
Only negatives would be the price (seemed a bit high), a small ant problem in the kitchen, and check out time, 10am and our flight was at 930pm. Also we could not find a shower at the Napili beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I stayed with another couple at this property and really had a good time. It was 5 minutes to the beach. It was only a 15 minute drive to Lahaina and Whalers Village. The place was clean, ample room for four people to move around. We had use of the private garage which was great because we are scuba divers and were able to stage our gear there each morning and hang it dry. There is also a nice little patio with a table and umbrella right outside the kitchen. The condo was nicely appointed. The kitchen appliances like the stove, oven, and dishwasher and the shower fixtures are a bit dated and could use an upgrade. However, overall, it was a great location and we would definitely come again.

This property is conveniently located between two beaches (ranging from a 3-10 minute walk) and a short drive (~10 minutes) to Times grocery store, Paradiso Pizza, Fish Market and an even shorter drive (~3 minutes) to Napili market and Maui Tacos. The property has a big driveway and washer/dryer in the garage. All modern conveniences were provided. For those with kids, we highly recommend bringing toys. There isn't opportunity to "wonder" the property or things to occupy them when inside. Beds were very comfortable (though, a rooster calls daily at 4:30am) and the warm water never ran out. There were ample towels provided and beach toys. We are overall very grateful for our stay!

Our family of four really loved this property. It was very clean, and everything worked. Plenty of space for everyone and a well equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the beach chairs and multiple sizes of boogie boards as well. The location is perfect as it's about a 3 min walk to Napili Bay and maybe a 6 min walk to Kapalua Bay, so you are spoilt for choice, and it's easy to stroll down to snorkel or watch the sun set. There's plenty of parking and the condo area is nice and quiet. Communication from the property manager was really clear and timely. We would highly recommend this rental!!

We were pleased with the very close proximity to Napili Beach and lots of gear available in the garage for our use. The home was not as clean as desired at check in, but the manager was pleasant and prompt in responding to our complaint and sent the housekeeper back that same day. Kitchen is well stocked. The neighboring roosters are noisy in early morning hours and the windows/walls are thin! Overall a great trip and comfy home to stay in.

Clean and spacious unit with all the kitchen accessories that you would need. Plenty of towels and extra pillows/ bedding.
Loved having beach towels, chairs, floats, body boards, etc to use at the beach. Napili bay beach was perfect and only about 300 steps away. Would highly recommend this property and the Napili location.

This condo is beautifully decorated and is across the street from Napili Bay (which I loooooooooooved). The condo has all the amenities and luxuries you need, there's even room for parking. The grounds are well kept and quite. This is a perfect vacation spot for anyone, I will be coming back!

My girlfriends and I rented this condo for our vacation and it was absolutely perfect! It's well kept and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of space for us girls and all of our things :). The condo has everything you need: full kitchen with pots, pans, glassware and utensils. There's an adorable patio out back surrounded by beautiful foliage for privacy and a grill for cooking! The garage is equipped with a washer and dryer, beach towels and plenty of toys for taking to the beach which, by the way, is just a short walk across the street to the beautiful Napili Bay. We spent many a days swimming/snorkeling and finding sea turtles and then enjoying the gorgeous sunsets at night. Thank you for the awesome experience!

There are not enough words to descibe how perfect this place was for my girls getaway!
This condo has everything your looking for, close access to Napili beach (2 min walk), a quick drive to Lahaina (10 min) and walking distance to markets. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and had updated appliances. My friends and I would cook most of our meals at the condo which ended up saving us a ton of money. There also was a washer and dryer which came in handy.
The condo was impeccably clean with modern amenities and is located in a safe gated community.
Bonus: they had amazingly fun beach toys too!
I would stay here every time I'm on Maui and you should too!! Can't wait to go back!

Great Condo in a great location; right across the street from very family oriented Napili Beach. Condo has all the amenities that anyone would need. Grill out back on the patio and washer/dryer in the garage were especially nice. Good kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils that you would need to cook anything. We did not encounter any of the problem issues that past reviewers discuss: A/C worked perfectly, charcoal grill was big enough to feed 7 adults, 1 child, phone worked (although never used since we all had cell phones). All in all, great stay, no complaints.

This home was perfect for what we needed for our trip!
It had everything we needed on arrival & comfortably slept an adult family of 6.
The snorkel gear in the garage was good, one of the body boards was in working order but the others were in various states of disrepair. Having chairs & seagrass mats for sitting on at the beach was really handy.
It was great to have air conditioning & the courtyard area out the back was a great place to spend the evenings.
The only negative things were the phone wasn't working when we arrived as it had the wrong batteries in it that had gone flat & also leaked as they were not re-chargeable & the phone had been put on the charger.
Also after requesting early check in this was not granted as we found out the door wouldn't unlock, we had arrived when the cleaners were there luckily otherwise we would have been stuck outside all day with all our gear.
Other than that the place is really good, well set up, nice & close to the beach!! Highly recommended :)

We loved our stay at this condo! The condo was beautiful – clean and spacious- and even nicer than the pictures on the listing! Comfortable and nicely decorated. We walked in and felt right at home. The master bedroom was especially nice with lots of room and a nice big bathroom. The TVs in each bedroom came in handy so the kids could watch a movie upstairs while the adults relaxed downstairs. The lanai was very private and plenty of chairs for everyone. We also made a special request to the owner for beach towels. This was very convenient since we didn’t have to pack home wet towels. (The owners were very responsive to all our questions, by the way.) We also made good use of the laundry machine – very nice to have our own and not share with a whole building. We just packed a few laundry pods in our luggage. Another fun surprise was the selection of “beach toys” in the garage – looks like prior renters left them behind. So we didn’t need to buy any sand toys for the kids and there were even a couple of boogie boards. There is also a nice and reasonably priced (for Hawaii) grocery store about 5 minutes away in the Napili Plaza. We had most meals in the condo – the kitchen was nicely equipped. In fact, the kids didn’t want to go out to eat but wanted to just go hang out at the condo. The other reviewer mentioned chickens (they are everywhere in Maui). We just closed the windows and turned on the fans in the rooms and they didn’t bother us.
The best part of the condo was the great location – literally a 2 minute walk across the street to Napili Bay. Napili Bay ended up being our favorite spot in Maui. It’s a great beach for kids. Within walking distance were Kapalua bay for fabulous snorkeling and Honokeana bay (rocky so no swimming for us but great turtle watching). Also some fun restaurants nearby – the Gazebo for breakfast (worth the wait) and Sea House (good happy hour). We didn’t golf but there are lots of courses nearby. We will definitely rent this condo again and were talking about coming back before we even got on the plane!

This condo had an excellent location but there were some surprises upon our arrival... first of all the listing does indicate a crib is available and after searching the condo there wasn't one, we contacted the management company who after a couple emails back and forth agreed to have a crib delivered, instead we received a play pen that had no mattress and was completely useless. Our family ended up having to sleep with their infant in the bed which was not ideal. If you are planning on eating in, do not plan to BBQ, the BBQ that is provided is smaller than a camp stove and uses brickettes which we had to purchase. To feed 7 people it took a LONG TIME to cook the steaks leaving the rest of the food cold. Finally on our second last day the smell of burning plastic filled the entire condo and the upper floor was filled with smoke, for which we had to call 911. They came out and dismantled the air conditioner and said the regular required maintenance had not been done in years and the the management company told us they couldn't get anyone out to do the repair until well after our stay was over. For the last two nights we had no air conditioner which, when you are traveling with an infant it makes things very uncomfortable. The last concern were the three roosters that the house behind the condos keep as pets, all of them start crowing at 4am and do not stop until well after 12 noon... this was something you just didn't get used too!
Overall this was an ideal location but the listing was a little deceiving and the surprises were upsetting especially when you are paying to have a nice place to stay while on vacation you expect the amenities to be provided and the unit to be well maintained.
