Hale Kamaole 107 is a large comfortable beautiful ground floor unit in the lower part of the complex. It is just steps away from the pool, office and BBQ area . The ocean is 200 steps away.
We have just completed a kitchen remodel and other upgrades in our condo. 107 is a NO SMOKING UNIT, THIS INCLUDES THE LANAI. Hale Kamaole is now a RESTRICTED SMOKING COMPLEX, YOU MUST GO TO A SMOKING AREA TO SMOKE. SMOKING is not allowed in the condos or on the lanais. . Please check with the office for locations. Beautiful Kamaole 3 Beach Park voted 'Best Place To Watch The Sunset' is just across the street. Each evening the 'Hale Kamaole Conch Band' blow their shells as the sun disappears over the horizon. The islands of Molokini, Kaho'olawe and Lanai are in full view to the west. The resort has two swimming pools, two 4 station charcoal BBQ areas,a tennis court and a large grassy area for the kids to play on. The grounds are well landscaped and well maintained.Your time here will be fun and very relaxing.
H.K. 107 is close to everything, stores and shops, restaurants, beaches ect, but very Quiet. Our unit is upgraded consistently. The well equipped remodeled kitchen has upgraded cabinets, granite countertops with ceramic tile backsplash, full size range, refrigerator, dishwasher and various small appliances. The bedroom has a king size bed, a six drawer dresser and two bedside tables. We also have a 32' television for late night viewing.The comfortable living room includes a sofa that folds out to a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and two recliner chairs to view the 42' flat sreen TV. There is also a DVD/VCR player along with a stereo/CD player. The internet connection by the TV is Broadband High speed and is absolutely FREE. We also have a wireless modem.The full size stacked washer and dryer is in a closet by the bath for all your laundry needs. The lanai has a full size dining table with four chairs for outside dining and relaxing. Just a couple of steps off the lanai is a spectacular view of the ocean in one direction and upcountry and Haleakala the other way. The lanai closet contains beach mats, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, an ice chest. 107 is kept very cool by letting the breeze flow thru the bedroom and front door screen out to the lanai. Shops, stores, restaurants and other vacation services are within walking distance just down Kihei Rd. The Kihei small boat ramp where a lot of ocean activities begin, is about a quarter mile down Kihei Rd the other direction. World class Wailea Resort with upscale shopping, restaurants, tennis and three golf courses is about a five minute drive. There are also 2 other golf courses within a 10 minute drive.
With the weather usually sunny and in the 80s, close proximity to beaches and exceptional accommodations, Hale Kamaole 107 is definitely the place to spend your vacation.
IN 2021 THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAS RAISED THE DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE TO $195.00 BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 PROCEDURES AND ALSO IS NOW CHARGING A $100.00 RESORT FEE. ANY CHANGE IN HAWAII STATE OR MAUI COUNTY TAX RATES WILL BE ADDED TO THE RENTERS TOTAL EVEN AFTER THE AGREEMENT IS WRITTEN.We are forced to pass these fees on to our guests.

Location is great. Furniture is fine, but sofa bed will be perfect. A little too many wooden frames on walls serve as dust collectors. Snorkeling gears, umbrellas and chairs should be replaced. I love to clean place were I stay every day, but there is no broom or microfiber mop to mop floors. Bedding feels like steel sheets, if possible to replace with simple cotton or softer. Otherwise we really liked the place

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice unit with a great location at the quiet south end of Kihei close to Wailea across the street from the beach in Kihei. Large unit with well-stocked remodeled kitchen for preparing meals, large living room, and comfortable bedroom with A/C unit to keep the bedroom cool.

The location in Kihei was absolutely perfect for our entire stay.. lovely to have the ocean across the street for quick dips and then we were able to explore the rest of the island with quick access to Piilani Hwy- or head south to Wailea and Makena- the place was clean and equiped with beach chairs, noodles. fins- The people in the front office were SUPER helpful and friendly too-- cant wait to come back- Mahalo!

This place is such a great location - across the street from the beach and on the first floor which means getting in and out is easy. The condo is well appointed with beach chairs and towels, however the kitchen could really use some new items, especially knives. I know that sounds oddly specific, however there were plenty of knives but they were all so dull and old that it was difficult to cut anything. It is well maintained for the age of the unit, but would benefit from some upgrades, especially in the shower. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo as we were with a group of friends and often outside, however if I had planned on cooking more or spending more time there, I probably would have selected something that had been renovated. Overall, you cannot beat this location in Kihei, especially if you plan on exploring a lot and spending the majority of your time outdoors.

A beach park was located across from the property. We got to see a lot of sea turtles, snorkeled, sun bathed, etc. and came right back to the apartment in minutes. Restaurants and shopping were also within walking distance. We loved our stay in Maui and the apparent was a nice place to comeback to and rest.

The condo is in a great location and is very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The resort had grills you could use and two pools. The condo had beach chairs and umbrella for your use. Very comfortable patio.

Such a lovely spot right across from Kihei’s most beautiful beach. Super convenient to Mākena and Wailea. Beautiful sunsets and environment with other visitors/homeowners at the condo. The unit is stocked with snorkel gear, beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, blow dryer, extra towels and sheets, nice washer and dryer, king sized, comfortable mattress. Unique and timeless decor. Will 100% be back and will reserve the unit again.

George’s property was clean, had all the necessary amenities and an absolutely perfect location. Kihei is a great launching point to explore Maui while still being right on the beach. The whole process was very smooth and George and the apartment management kept clear and frequent communication. Had absolutely no issues and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Very friendly check-in and thorough information. Rules spelled out on a printed page, leaving no questions to ask. Right across the street from the beach! From the office, to all the employees I met, they were all very hospitable and welcoming. Loved it!

We really enjoyed staying there! My only suggestion would be maybe an air filter in the bedroom and changing the lamp shades, it's all very dusty and the room smells like dust. Other than that, it was a wonderful time.
