The condo was exactly as described and Wendy was easy to communicate with. Her instructions could not have been clearer and she reached out before and during our stay to make sure that all was well. The unit is spacious and included a screened in lanai which is a great place to have a meal. The condo development is beautiful and quiet, and within a few minutes walk of Turtle Bay Resort which has public beach access. Other wonderful beaches are a short drive away. We highly recommend a stay here. Thanks again for everything Wendy!

The condo is exactly as is described, the location is great with access to tennis courts and swimming pools. Just a short drive to Ted’s Bakery and Haleiwa. Clean, safe and accommodating, and is a very attentive host and is quick to respond to any needs. It is a great place to stay.

Nice condo in the Turtle Bay resort area, in the middle of the north shore. The owner provides many nice touches like some snorkeling gear and is very helpful checking in and out. We will stay here next time.

Had a fantastic time staying at this location. Wendy (owner) was fantastic and had great and clear communication.
We wanted to stay on the north side of the island to stay away from the touristy area and this place was exactly that.
Also about a 10 minute walk to the beaches of Turtle Bay.

Friends had booked a stay at Turtle Bay Resort however the resort was a bit pricey for some other folks in our group. Instead we found rentals in the condo development next door so we could all still be together. Wendy’s place was clean upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear that was available. The property is a 10 minute walk to turtle bay beach. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this condo. VERY clean and was exactly as described. Location was great and beach access by Turtle Bay was nice. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and boards while we were visiting and it helped so much.
The one and only downfall was that the upstairs condo was SUPER loud. Kids running back and forth constantly from early morning 5:45am ish till about 9:00pm. Yelling and running around or jumping very loudly. Usually we wouldn’t care as we ourselves have two children but this was over the top noise. We never reported it to host as maybe that would have helped. This was literally the only issue we had so I’d say the condo was a win!

The place was perfect for our needs. It was incredibly well stocked with kitchen appliances, gadgets, and dinnerware, had plenty of beach accessories available, and felt safe since it is a gated community. It was everything we wanted for our trip. Wendy was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond. I highly recommend it.

We had a terrific stay. My kids 3 and 8 slept in the living room on the sofa bed and the master bedroom was very spacious. The place was fully stocked with beach gear, beach chairs and a nice umbrella. We ate all our meals on the lanai and being so close to Turtle Bay and the beautiful beaches of the North Shore make it such a great spot. We hope to visit again. Thanks!!

The property was exactly as described. Although we had 4 adults which was difficult because less face it there are no pull out couches that are comfortable. Location was nice away from the business of the island. Even with the surf competition just down the road it was still easy travel. Wendy and Bill were very easy to work with and counicate with. Check in process was easy. I would recommend!

From the very beginning to the very end, our stay was perfect. The condo was nicer than I thought it would be. Every question or changes I needed, Wendy took care of and would get back to me immediately. The location was perfect, too. It was walking distance to the resort where our youngest son got married. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, better place to stay. It had everything we needed from a full kitchen to a washer and dryer and the porch was lovely to sit out on and have our meals or just read. I will definitely stay here again when we come this way again!

Lovely condo close to the beach and pool. Wendy answered all my questions about the resort and what was open prior to our trip and sent all the communication about getting inside and how to use the pool. We loved the lanai and the condo is stocked with beach chairs, snorkels, and boogie boards. The turtle bay resort is gorgeous and the beach area is perfect for kids. We loved the location and being somewhat removed from the crowds. Wendy was flexible when we needed to extend our trip because of flight changes and mailed my daughters swimsuit we left behind. Thank you again we had a great time!

Location is great! Beach is a bit of a walk but helps that you don't have to figure out parking and that they had beach gear to use! Room could use some paint touch ups and a little updating but was clean and a nice location which is important. Enjoyed Waimea Bay and Shark's Cove nearby. Rainbow shave ice and Banzai Bowls were close by and both are delicious. Food trucks in North Shore and Old Haleiwa were great. Recommend Big Wave Shrimp and Surf Salsa.

We went with our 6 and 9-year-old kids. Very comfortable. Everything we needed including beach gear (snorkels, masks, boogie boards, beach towels, etc) and household needs (laundry detergent, shampoo and soap, foil, glassware and paper goods). The pools on property were really nice. Short walk to the beach and a protected bay good for snorkeling on Turtle Bay Resort. Nice trails very nearby for running. Concierge at the hotel helped us set up activities like surf lessons and identify good beaches, hikes, and luaus. Perfect place for a wonderful trip. Wendy checked in on us and was very friendly and welcoming but certainly not overbearing. Would definitely go back!

The condo was clean and well-stocked. We loved the proximity to the Turtle Bay beach and restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself is right next to the tennis courts and association pool. Overall, a great condo for a family with two kids (ages 9 & 10, who were able to sleep on the fold-out couch in the living room). We loved it and may be back in the summer for another week.
The host was very welcoming and was available, if needed.

Bottom line: very affordable condo on the north shore, but you get what you pay for. Would I go back or recommend this location to a friend? Simply put: No.
Wendy was perfectly lovely to communicate with and you can tell they are trying really hard to make it a nice place. But what really needs to happen is a little investment into the unit. The linens and bed spread desperately need to be replaced and the air-conditioner in the bedroom was held together with electrical tape and is clearly on it's last leg, barely working. The unit is dying for a deep clean, it is fairly dusty and simply not up to our cleanliness standards.
Overall, if you are looking for a place to crash at a decent price that is well stocked, then this is right for you. If you think you are grabbing a 4 star place at a great price, then look again. We were mislead by the reviews, which is why we are writing ours. I thought we were getting a deal. Truth is we probably could have found something nicer for the price in the end.

The property was very clean and a safe gated community. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked very well. If the doors and windows were open a nice breeze was created and the air conditioner was not needed most times. It was stocked with all the essentials. We used the snorkeling and boogie boards at the beach and had a blast. Wendy was available and very helpful during the entire stay. It is very close to turtle bay and easy drive to many north shore beaches. I recommend this stay to anyone.

This was perhaps the easiest and most pleasant rental experience that I've ever had. Wendy had everything ready to go. Instructions and details on the condo are very clear. The location of this particular complex is great. A five minute walk to a beautiful resort and l beaches. It's very near a great golf course and tennis courts are right outside the condo. Wendy is a joy to deal with, I would highly recommend and stay here again!

I looked at so many different condo's and read all the reviews. I chose this one because of the reviews on the owners. Very glad we went with Wendy's! It is stocked with so many extras (baby high chair, pack and play, kitchen items, pantry items, toiletries, blankets, sheets, towels, water toys...) it was just my husband and I so we didn't use the kid items, but still impressed with how well this condo was stocked. It was very clean and we didn't see a single cockroach, bug or spider our entire stay. The A/C was great at night and the open doors during the day let in a nice trade wind breeze. We were very comfortable and felt at home. We were right by the tennis courts and pools. We did play tennis, but didn't use the condo pools. Loved reading out on the screened in lanai. The only two items that were less comfortable were the couch and bed. Both are very worn, but still offered a place to sit and sleep. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. I love where Turtle Bay is (geographically). Didn't care for Turtle Bay beach cove. It would be perfect for little kids to play and be safe in the water. We fell in love with Sunset Beach (5 minute drive away). Big waves close to shore (not dangerous, but you can catch a wave on a body board and have a little fun OR just sit a bit past the break and enjoy the waves take you up and down). Close to local foods, gas station, waterfalls, movies, grocery... really a wonderful stay! Thank you Wendy!!!

Wendy was on top of everything. We appreciated how clean our unit was and that it had everything and that everything was well organized.
