We really enjoyed staying in this condo.
The kitchen was well stocked, they had chairs and such to use for the beach and they were very communicative abt everything else provided in the house. This set our expectations and made for a great stay.
The location is wonderful. The lanai is the perfect place for a morning coffee or to watch the sunrise or sunset. It is a quick (3 minute) walk to the beach and 100 ft to the pool. The community grills are well cared for and great for dinners.
We have stayed in this complex several times and this is by far one of the nicer units.

Loved everything about this condo and its location:proximity to restaurants etc.
The condo was clean, check in was seamless. They had extra towels and beach towels for us. We accidentally left something behind and they were prompt to let us know and were able to send it back to us. Highly recommend!

Apartment was well equipped with beach towels and gear and fully stocked kitchen utensils etc. Sofa could be improved. A wonderful location in Kihei. Quiet and not near busy hotels, but convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Great place! Grounds are exceptionally well cared for, too.

The condo was clean and the beds/bedding were very comfortable. The location within the complex is perfect— you can see the pool and it’s just a few steps away. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. Unfortunately, the furniture in the living room and dining area is super outdated and needs to be replaced. A rug should be added as well! It didn’t feel cozy or inviting, which was a bummer. Many of the other condos have been updated, so that’s something to keep in mind when choosing where to stay. Overall, the condo was fine and the cost was really reasonable. The location in Kihei is fine if you like being “in town;” close to Safeway and Starbucks.

Would have liked: some condiments left in fridge to save on having to buy, more user-friendly TV to save time finding shows/movies, enlarge print of combo to pool and front door to make it easier to read, and allow air conditioner to be set down to 76 for more comfort (though most of the time the ceiling fans helped a lot). Tip for others: We ended up sharing leftover food with others who were leaving before us and after us- saved a lot of $ for them and us! Nice being so close to the beach and seeing sunsets almost daily!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location of the complex is ideal! You can easily explore South Maui beaches or simply walk out the back door across the lawn to your own beach. We enjoyed walking to the local shops and watching sunset from the property every evening. I hope to stay here again sometime!

Wonderful location - just steps from an almost private beach, nice pool that the kids enjoyed. Kitchen was adequately stocked with the essentials. Only downside was that there was a weird/bad smell that seems to be drainage related in the master bathroom.

This year (2022) we stayed in another unit for the 1st week and then switch to this 2 bedroom for the next 4days because one of our sons joined us to go diving. So same beautiful location, beach access, grounds, pool. Close to places to eat etc. But the unit is worn down in every aspect. Old furniture that is not very comfortable, lacking in kitchen supplies and the AC was automatically set at 78. Plus the AC is on the Lani and blew warm air that made setting in the lounge chair uncomfortable. We will always stay at this location and would rent another 2 bedroom just not this one.

We've been to Maui in the past, but it was our first time in Kihei area. This property was perfectly located in Kihei near cafes, grocery store, restaurants and food trucks. Check-in was a breeze as we were given clear instruction ahead of our arrival date. Parking was available right in front of the entrance door of the property, and the interior was clean and prepared as anticipated. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the basic appliances/kitchenware. We've been to other rental properties, but this property's kitchen was probably the most well-stocked one in our memory. Having two bathrooms was very convenient for our family with two teenagers. One missing amenity was shampoo/conditioner in the second bathroom, but it worked out as we had brought our own. The living room looks out to the lawn and pool. We specifically chose this unit because it's on the ground floor that looks out to the lawn/pool/ocean, and it was lovely to sit out in the porch to watch the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening. One minor issue was the screen door that opens out to the lawn. It didn't always close tightly to keep the bugs out. However, this became a non-issue because we did not have any bug problem. Though the pool was well-used by other residents, we did not use the pool because the beach was so accessible, just couple min walk beyond the pool. The beach wasn't crowded, waves were mostly calm and the walk along the shore on soft sand was amazing. Overall, this was a great place for our family of 4. We'd stay here again next time we're in Maui.

This property was OK. The A/C didn't work in the main living area although the bedrooms stayed cool. The technician who came out to repair it wasn't able to work on this unit. We appreciated the management company sending someone out right away, though. Other guests on speaker phone at 6 a.m. was super annoying. The way the voices travel, you'd think they were in our unit. The beds/bathrooms were good but the living area was a bit cramped for 4 adults.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The property is so central to everything you could need, the beach and pool are spectacular! The unit itself is great, it’s stocked with beach chairs which we used every evening to watch the sunset. The air conditioning is on the weaker end, because they don’t leave it on when it is not being occupied it takes a few days to cool down the space. The living room unit really needs a upgrade (it’s struggling, even on day 8 of our stay the living room + kitchen were always warm), the master bedroom a/c is great, and the secondarily bedroom is okay- tolerable but not cold by any means. Other than the a/c it was a perfect unit for what we needed. We loved being on the lower floor and being able to walk to the pool and beach with ease. It was nice not having to carry things up and down stairs as well. We absolutely will stay at the waiohuli beach hale again, if this unit is available I don’t see why we wouldn’t choose it again!

Kihei has always been our favorite part of Maui friendly people and great spots to stay at. This location was very nice and clean. Liked to just walk out to beach and enjoyed swimming with bunch of turtles, they were hanging around about 20 ft from shore and they are not shy.
Only minor issues: master bedroom doorknob very hard to turn and unlock but beautiful room and bathroom. Whole condo was excellent.
Pool looked great upon arrival but 3 days later very cloudy I'm sure its not owners fault but should point out to management.
and lastly, hope you don't have to rest up early on a day when church has a holy ghost bash.
Overall enjoyed our stay and very pleased with unit and location

The reviews of this place sold me (as well as the pics) but believe everyone when they say, location is perfect! Steps to beach for morning walks and sunset viewing. We met other owners and guests at the condo who were all very friendly. Condo was updated for the most part (kitchen and bathrooms were amazing). Fully stocked cupboards with kitchen supplies, first aid kit, cleaning supplies etc. Grocery store literally across the street, and cute bars and restaurants a 5 min walk! Pool heated and absolutely perfect!! Love that it’s a corner unit with big outdoor patio with table/chairs. Laundry units right there. We were very happy !!

Great stay for me, my husband, and our two friends. We were in Maui for a week and this place was a central location, close to great restaurants (Nalu’s, Coconuts, Maui Breweing Co, etc) and short drive to Lahaina, wailea, etc. Maybe 2min walk to the beach for great sunsets!

The location of this property is very convenient. It is within walking distance to all amenities such as a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The property is well maintained and managed. It is right on the beach. The condo unit is well appointed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Plus beach chairs, towels, soft coolers and beach toys. The bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans. The AC unit in the main part of the condo does not blow cool air. That will need to be fixed for sure. We will definitely rent this unit again. Great condo for 2 couples or a family.

I myself did not stay in the condo, but my employee's did and they highly enjoyed their stay. They said the place was very clean and appeared just as it does int he photos. The condo had all the necessities they needed for their stay. They really appreciated the kitchen having everything they needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great. This condo met our needs in every way. The location is both convenient to amenities like dining and groceries and is also just beautiful with great ocean/ sunset views just steps away. The pool was lovely and well maintained and the condo itself was nicely stocked with kitchen essentials.

Great property right on the beach. 150yds to the beach from the back patio. Everything you need is in the unit: boogie board, snorkel gear, kids sand toys, coolers, chairs, towels……it’s all here. Henry keeps the property immaculate. Highly recommend for families
