The condo was lovely and well furnished! We had two refrigerators which was very nice as well as a lot of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and many dishes and glasses. The bathrooms had multiple sets of towels too. The owner’s assistant, Elis, was very responsive to our questions and requests. The 800 foot walk to the beach appeared to be much longer and its was all downhill. I did have the front desk give us a ride to the adult pool and beach on a few occasions. All the people at front desk were very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. A very nice place!

We have been to Maui more than 10 times and this has by far been our best visit. Wailea Beach Villas are an amazing complex with a great balance between the space and home feeling of villas and the service of a hotel. Unit K107 was beautifully appointed and Jeri was so proactive in reaching out to ensure everything was in good order. There was a delightful fruit/gift basket that was such a nice touch. The unit had every appliance you could imagine (three coffee makers - French press, espresso maker, drip coffee for example). The mid-week housekeeper was delightful and responsive (not that we needed anything). I highly recommend this complex and this unit.

We had stayed at the WBV’s previously so we had a very good idea of what to expect. Property met our expectations really well and we had a wonderful experience. Upfront and through stay communication with the owner/staff was excellent. We loved everything about this property. Location was literally 100 yards from the Shops at Walilea making it super easy to walk to groceries and restaurants. Although this unit is located the furthest from the beach, it's a very easy walk to the beach and the advantage for families is that you can literally sit on on the units's patio as your older kids play in the pool. Workout gym, game room, and the garage are in the same building too. The front desk and concierge was very attentive to our needs...even the owner went above and beyond to make our vacation special. We travel a lot and have high standards for hotels and rentals. This one's a winner.

We were able to extend our two week stay in Wailea, Maui by an additional four days and treated ourselves to this Wailea Beach Villa unit. Beautiful property with so many great amenities, particularly access to a lovely adult pool near the beach. We did end up needing to do a little cleaning upon checking in; bathroom rugs were sandy & needed vacuuming. But overall it was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!

A terrific find that is near the Shops, secluded and peaceful. The Housekeeping Manager was very hospitable. The home was exactly what we needed to get away and the murphy bed provided privacy and comfort. We come 1-2 times a year and have stayed all over Wailea, this is the best! Mahalo!

This is our third time to the Wailea Beach Villas, the first time at this specific villa. We’ve had consistently great experiences every time. Te communication from the owner here was very good, I like the modern set up of their Roku tv/media, multiple air purifiers, and general amenities. Great time.

This was our second time staying at Jeri’s property at the Wailea Beach Villas. We had another amazing vacation and enjoyed our return visit. The staff is wonderful and Jeri is an excellent host and very accommodating. We love this location because it is right next to the pool which our kids love. It’s close to the elevators which makes it easy to access the gym, shops, pool, and other amenities. We also enjoy grilling out on the patio and having a nice family dinner with the view.
The unit is very clean and beds are comfy! We can’t wait to come visit again!

The property was well represented on VRBO. This unit has been nicely maintained and the condo is well stocked with linens and kitchen necessities. Our entire experience was amazing! Had great communication with our host and answered all our questions, when we had flight delays and had to push back our travel plans they accommodated us! The place is great, huge space, lots of room and anything you could possibly need. The location must be the best part, seconds away from shopping, the beach and pools. Quite grounds, beautiful pools, great service and a great sunset every night! Will definitely come back and stay next time we’re in Hawaii!

This property was AMAZING! It’s even prettier than the pictures. It’s located right above the family pool, which was perfect for our family. It’s a short distance to the beach, and a beautiful walk getting down there. The condo was well stocked with everything you need to get going (coffee, fruit, paper towels, etc.) Highly recommend! I am hesitant to write this review as I fear this property will become so booked up I will never get the chance to stay again. In my option, while the photos are beautiful, they don't do this place justice. You can't get a feel for the open, large rooms which my family of 6 needs, and very much appreciates. Each of us could spread out and relax when we needed to, instead of being on top of each other in a hotel room. I was really worried about not being able to use the Grand Wailea pool, but honestly, that turned out to be one of my favorite parts. We never had a problem securing a poolside chair near the pool. I could sit in the chair and keep an eye on my children at all times, which was very relaxing. Also, my kids loved having the pool to themselves. The older girls were more into the beach, and the younger girls were more into the pool. The distance between the two was perfect to wander back and forth all day. The only drawback with this rental, is that we were quickly spoiled by the beach chairs and umbrellas. We didn't want to leave Wailea. Such a safe, beautiful place. Can't wait to return. We loved our stay! The penthouse is beautiful, very spacious and fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need for the week (aside from what's in your suitcase and some groceries, of course!). The Villas are stunning and the ambience is quintessential Wailea--beautiful, immaculate, tropical. We loved our week here. With small children, the location of the penthouse is perfect--overlooking the (surprisingly quiet) family pool. It's also conveniently located directly above the gym, and being so close to the lobby means it's only a quick hop across the driveway to the Shops at Wailea, a terrific spot for upscale groceries, shopping, dining, etc. This was a wonderful setup for our family and we would love to stay here again when we come back to Maui. Our second stay at WBV (different condo). Everything was perfect and Jeri (owner) was very accommodating, excellent communicator and made sure our stay was exceptional. Her condo is large, very well appointed (everything you need- especially if you love to cook) and feels like a home (vs. a rental property). Located at the back of the property but still only a short walk through the lovely and lush grounds to the private pool or beaches. It would be hard to stay anywhere else in Wailea and we hope to return soon.

We enjoyed using the gourmet kitchen which was very complete. I love having coffee in the lanai in the morning and having a glass of wine there in the evening. The view from the lanai was tropical and serene.

When looking for a vacation destination, I found this condo and was trying to decide between two. I'm so happy I chose the Ireland's property. The condo is beautiful, the grounds and location are also great! We were welcomed with a very nice gift basket. Thank you so much to the Ireland's!! This property was absolutely stunning! From the views to the amenities, everything was covered! The property had a fully equipped kitchen along with a gas grill that made grilling out a few evenings a breeze. The bedrooms had comfortable mattresses and the bathrooms were stocked with extra towels and toiletries. The cable was great, but the wi-fi could have been faster... there were several times we had difficulty connecting from certain points around the condo (such as the bedrooms) that were a bit frustrating, but this would be a simple fix just by buying a router rather than using the cable modem. With that being said, the views from the balcony made everything better as the property overlooks the pool followed by the ocean in the background. Overall this was an exceptional stay for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Our part of four included a toddler and we needed a family-friendly place to stay. This home delivered. It had everything you could possibly need and we were not left wanting for anything.
The beach is a quick five minute walk and family pool is located directly outside the unit. If you're looking for a bigger family pool, purchase a day pass at the Grand Wailea next door. Plus, you're next to the Shops at Wailea - convenient for take out, shopping, and groceries.
The only thing to watch out for is the parking space that comes with the unit - it's very small. Our car could not fit in the space, so we parked outside. Not a complaint, just a heads up.

This Villa is so very comfortable words can't describe. The amenities were superior and the property service personnel exceeded our expectations. The inside is welcoming and comfortable with a full service kitchen. The owner has included beach/ pool toys, along with a small ice chest to bring a picnic to the beach. We were relieved to know that the area was so peaceful that we could relax with the doors and windows open day/night. The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect for a family with children. The concierge connected us with a wonderful canoe trip to swim with turtles and a private hula lesson~along with making men/women leis. If you want endearing lifetime memories this is the place. We agree that this is our favorite VRBO property to date!

We have visited Maui and other islands many times over the past 30 years and stayed at a variety of hotels and condos in Wailea and elsewhere on the island - this is truly one of the nicest developments and an outstanding unit. It is not ocean front so you will not hear the waves but there is a narrow view of Mollokini. Wailea Beach and the ocean front walkway is about a 10 minute walk down steps - my husband had a torn ACL so those with mobility issues will find the walk to and from the beach takes more time.
The unit is very nice with a spacious and well stocked kitchen, living area and master suite (large separate shower/tub, separate dressing room ) large Tvs, fantastic grill on the lanai, full size washer/
dryer in a separate washroom (instead of a bathroom or other area). The second bedroom has a
queen size bed with adjacent bathroom with a combo shower tub good for a teen or other couple. There is Murphy bed in a library area but there is little privacy or soundproofing so not for lite
sleepers.
The locatio is perfect for being able to walk to beautiful beaches, snorkeling sites, other hotels, shops
and restaurants in Wailea. The fitness center was good size and located directly below the unit.
My only complaints: (1) the unit is located right above the family pool and there were a number of
times you could hear the kids yelling and Marco polo playing even with the glass doors shut, (2) the unit has an assigned underground parking space which is the smallest in the development with both
sides being cinder block - a Mini Cooper may fit but still may be tight to get out. There are other "open" parking spaces but during busier months those may be more difficult to obtain.
The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions and all aspects of the unit were very
nice. The front desk was exceptionally helpful with move in and move out, scheduling tours/activities/reservations and the property and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. I
would certainly return and have already recommended the unit and location to others.
It truly was hard to leave this beautiful setting!

Our suite at the Wailea Beach Villas was more elegant than our suite at the Ritz in Grand Cayman. The rooms were beautifully furnished, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was fantastic! Situated at the top of the property, our balcony overlooked the gorgeous grounds and the ocean beyond. Walking from our suite to the beach below was like taking a stroll through a well-manicured tropical park with an occasional swimming pool here and there. Once on the beach, we could sunbathe peacefully or walk to the neighboring resort hotels. Restaurants and shopping were also within easy walking distance. In all our dealings with the staff, they were always very friendly and helpful. When I go back to Maui, I won’t stay anywhere else.

I have stayed here several times over the past years and I would highly recommend it (including my family and friends) for anyone looking for a vacation of a lifetime. Every time we go to Maui, we stay here and our experiences have always been excellent and beyond our expectation! The last was to celebrate our anniversary in December. We felt like royalty, sitting on our private veranda enjoying the amazing view and enjoying evening sunset walks on the beach. The villa inside is beautifully decorated (more beautiful than a picture can show you!) including all the amenities you could possibly ever need. Cannot say enough about the Concierge, front desk and grounds personnel. They are amazing. We never wanted for anything...all you have to do is ask and most of the time they are checking in to make sure you are ok and that you don't need anything. The concierge booked us great excursions around the Island, as well as reservations at some wonderful restaurants nearby. I really appreciate this service because it totally alleviates any of the worries of planning what's next and allowed us to just enjoy our vacation and beautiful Maui. On those days we just wanted to relax on the beach, private lounge chairs with umbrellas and towels would be setup and I appreciate the fresh water with lemon always available. Not only do I love this property, the owners are the best I have ever worked with. They are always very helpful in answering questions or concerns and immediately responding, again allowing us to enjoy our vacation and not worrying about anything else. I guess you will never know what your are missing if you don't stay here...so I highly recommend that you find out and definitely book this villa!!! You will not be disappointed!

I've been to Hawaii numerous times and stayed in private homes, condo suites, 5* hotels, etc. But the best holiday I ever had there was at the GORGEOUS ocean view condo here. Much more personal (and affordable) than a top hotel, much more fun to party and enjoy with our friends. The home was beautifully decorated and had every possible creature comfort. To be honest, I was less than thrilled with Maui before this trip but I had so much fun, walking to shopping, dining, the beach, the pool... great stay.

The Ireland Escape was the perfect escape and a total 5 star vacation. We do a lot of traveling and while this was our first time to Maui we have gone on many nice holidays. THIS was by far the nicest and most beautiful place we have ever had the pleasure to stay. Everything we needed and more. I love to cook and the kitchen was such a joy to use - all the dishes and tools a person could need. We loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the views and were so grateful to be so close to the children's pool, gym, parking and lobby - everything was convenient and above par. I personally loved the decor in the unit (even better than that of our friends who stayed close by in the same complex) these owners have great taste! You will not be disappointed.

Jeri: We just wanted to tell you how much we loved staying in the Ireland Escape. From the moment we entered, we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel; the luxurious bedding, the fruit basket to greet us, the elegant setting, every appliance we could think of including a wonderful wine opener:) You thought of everything, fans, beach toys, coffee, tea, even splenda. The only problem we had was not wanting to leave the lanai. We had a great birthday celebration for the husbands. They played golf most days while the ladies relaxed and shopped. The spa at the Grand Wailea was fabulous. Good specials and they accepted spa finder gift certificates. Loved shopping and grabbing lunch at the shops next store. Had a wonderful dinner at Sorrento's on the Beach, would highly recommend it. BTW what a great closet set up in the MB, would love to import that to NJ. The concierge staff also was extremely helpful. Thanks for taking our call when we couldn't figure out the tv and and the gas grill. Have already recommended your place to others in our travels and if we can get back to Maui hope you will have availability. Mahalo, Mahalo, Mahalo.

Our family loved the Ireland Escape at the Wailea Beach Villas. It is a beautiful, large condo with everything you could need while there. Jeri is awesome to work with, answering any questions and giving great tips. The beds were heaven after days of snorkeling, boogie boarding, and swimming. Our daughter LOVED the keiki pool, and we loved how close it was to the unit—and the short walk to the beach was beautiful and a welcome bit of exercise for all of us!
