Though the building is slighty older the unit itself has been updated nicely. The unit was very clean and supplied with anything you might need . For two couples or a family having two bedrooms and two baths is a plus . Located by numerous food spots and beaches it was perfect , and the sunsets from the lanai every night were spectacular

Had a great stay at Patty’s place. Not only was the check-in super easy but the host sent us plenty of information so we could plan our days. There’s a grocery store within walking distance. There was also a surf shop and a small convenience store. The apartment had snorkeling gear which saved us the hassle of renting and allowed for a great experience seeing the corals and colorful fish. Walking distance to the beach where you can enjoy the waves and water but even better great sunsets. These can also be enjoyed from the balcony of the place! Everything was clean and the kitchen had a lot of cooking supplies. Great place to stay can’t recommend enough!

For the most part unit was great, all things that you needed the unit had, including beach gear and a volleyball. There is a great convience store in the building in case you run out of anything. The downside of the unit, the shelving in the closet was very dusty so I only used the small treasures and hangered my shirts which was enough for me but may have not been if my wife was with me. Also the laundry machines were very old maybe 30 years old and they were small. But it did the job for just me and my son. For a family of 4 it would have required many loads and time to complete the family's laundry. Other than that the pictures of the view was accurate and it is a very convenient location for beginner surfers to learn how to surf, the beach and many surf schools are directly across the beach, I recommend Surf Club Maui.

Patty’s place was everything and more than what we expected. Clean, perfect size for our family of 5, very accessible to the restaurants, beaches and shops and easy access to the airport and all the places we went to. She had all the beach gears we needed, from chairs, umbrellas, coolers and towels. The sunsets from the balcony was a bit obstructed but got our full view a few steps down to the beach. Sunrises in the morning from the building hallway. Really did not go far to get those!
We were very happy with our stay! We’ll be back for sure!

Property owner provided all the little things you would need for a day at the beach. Towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler bags and ice packs were all very helpful. Boogie board was a nice touch. Property was centrally located to many things you could walk to and it was a short drive to the other side of the island.

Over all, the condo was nice... but the road right outside the windows was very loud... all the time. Plus the windows do not shut right anymore and the drapes were ripped.. but like I said, over all, it was a nice condo and i enjoyed my vacation very much!

This property was perfect for our family of 4 could have comfortably had 6. The check in was a breeze and communication was excellent! The location i believe is the best in Kihei. The pool area was great . Also i noticed some bad reviews about the a/c but she took care of that. Large a/c unit in the living/kitchen area then a small unit in each room. It was a wonderfully comfortable stay and will be my first choice next time we stay in Maui!

The unit was impeccably clean and the location was perfect for us. Close to all da ono local grindz (Paia fish market, Coconuts, Da kitchen, Ululani shave ice, Sugar beach bakery) and Wailea (if you want the bougie restaurants). We only wished we had discovered the South Maui Gardens immediately behind the unit sooner - great coffee house (Da green), food trucks, and live music and luau some nights. Booked surf lessons for the kids downstairs at Surf Shack, which they loved. Everything we needed for the beach was included (chairs, cooler, Snorkeling gear). Will definitely stay again!!

Patty's condo was perfect for my family's vacation.
We knew she was in the area of the wedding venue we were attending, but we didnt know what a great spot it was. Near the South Maui Gardens (and all their yummy food trucks), accross the street from the beach and with in a 5 min walk to the triangle for shopping, food, and drinks.
The pool was my kids favorite and was a perfect way to end the day (with a grill out and swimming).
She had just enough stuff that we didnt have to tote a bunch of extra things on our flight/buy a ton.
And the place was clean and tidy.

Great location! We walked to shops, restaurants and the lovely beach park across the street. Layout was perfect for one couple and two friends (sisters), and we made our own meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The only small glitch was a loose towel bar, which the owner arranged to have fixed promptly. She was also very patient with our other questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great deal on a clean 2 bedroom condo - gorgeous view located close to many amenities. It was nice to be able to walk to so many locations. We were a bit surprised at the noise 24/7, from music to cars to roosters, so some may be disappointed if they were expecting a quiet retreat, but if you love the city with everything at your fingertips you will love this place!

This condo was centrally located for all the activities we did in Maui. A variety of dining places were just a short walk away. The condo itself was spacious, the additional sofa bed was very useful as well. The ocean facing lanai was fantastic, offering daily sunrise and sunset views. Would highly recommend this place for a family!

As advertised - clean, convenient location, easy access. We used this as a hub to visit much of the island (rental car). We didn't need to contact property management at all...which was nice. As with other reviews - Everything was as advertised. A/C and elevators were nice as well.. Easily walk to many restaurants and shopping locally. took surf lessons from the Surf Shack on the main floor (walked across the street for the surfing). I would rent from again. Thanks!

The condo was clean with all the needed amenities - washer and dryer, full kitchen, and air conditioning. The view was beautiful and the pool was great for afternoon swimming and sunbathing. Local restaurants and shops and trails along the beach were easily accessible. The only downside was the road noise so we didn’t sit on the balcony much. The price was right and location more than made up for any noise inconvenience.

This place is in a ideal spot on Maui. Close to bars and close to the beach. This rental graciously provides beach towels and laundry for the light packer. Check in super easy and never had a problem while staying there. Definitely will be back!

This condo is a little dated on the outside, so I was slightly worried walking up. But the unit itself is well updated and very nice inside. The ocean views are great (though the power lines are a little annoying). The kitchen was very modern. The best part about this Condo is all of the extras that no one really mentions! There were a couple of Boogie Boards on the Lanai that my Son and I made GREAT USE OF! There is a cooler, several beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella in the closet! Patty literally has you set for an amazing day at the beach! We used all of that stuff multiple days and truly found that to be a great benefits!
Patty has this Condo set up for an amazing family experience! It did get extremely hot while we were there and the Window A/C units made the nights very comfortable. The only upgrade I would recommend is a Window A/C unit in the living room as well, but I know there are plenty of rentals with A/C at all. I would not have been able to sleep on the pull out coach without the A/C. I would highly recommend staying here, especially with a family and grab breakfast at Kihei Cafe and Shaved Ice next Door! I will definitely be looking to rent this unit again if we ever make it back to Maui!

We could not have picked a better location to stay in Kihei on this trip to Maui. This unit is right across from a park, walking distance to a beach park, walking distance to many restaurants, food stands and bars. It is an end unit, so there are really nice cross breezes through the kitchen/living area, even when it's just the louvres open. The bedrooms cool off really well at night, with the window units. Love the updated bathrooms and kitchen. The unit had everything we needed for a week on the island, including beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and snorkel equipment. The sunset views from the lanai are awesome and the parking is convenient. It's a quiet complex, we rarely saw/heard others from surrounding units. Patty responded quickly to all of our questions and the unit was easy to access, with extra keys to avoid the lockbox every time we entered/exited. We were able to book an extra night to make sure we had a place to shower and store our luggage, since our flights were very late in the evening. Thank you for a great stay.....we will definitely keep this one on the short list for next time!

We (our family) stayed at Kihei many times at different places and this time around my wife for the first time ever did not complaint about accommodations, so that speaks for itself about the condition of the place. Patty deserves the highest personal compliment from me about her condo. Couple highlights: The place did not stink (bedding/towels) from laundry detergents /fabric softeners like most places do and non stinky detergents like all free and clear are offered to use (we usually bring our own just like that). Additional 5 stars just for that. We never use AC in Hawaii so we do not know if it would be adequate to AC the entire condo but definitely would work for bedrooms as there is one in each room. It has great cross ventilation+fans, so that is all you really need. Location is great as you are literally a walking distance from everything. Parking is available anytime of the day.
Just a note to those who never staid at Kihei before. 99% of ocean front properties are located/facing east side of kihei road and that is a busy road. So, there is a trade off. If you want to have ocean view at any of those places you are going to get some sound from the road.

I love the location!!! So close to stores, restaurants and activities. The condo is very nice and updated. I did read other reviews that mention the road noise. Yes it can be noisy but you do not hear anything in the bedrooms. It’s only noticeable when you’re outside or have the slider open. The condo complex itself is so quite. The reviews also mentioned no ac in the living area. The breeze is nice but it can get pretty warm especially if you’re doing laundry. Overall the location makes up for all of that! It is very well stocked with anything you could need.

The location of Patty's home is in a great spot in Kihei. Right across the street is a nice small beach, a park, playground, inline hockey rink, skate park, volleyball courts, etc. And all within walking distance is shopping, eateries, snack bars, grocery store, gas station, and much much more. Patty's home was nice and comfortable. My son used the pull-out couch, daughter had one of the bedrooms, and my wife and I stayed in the main bedroom. Maui's pretty warm this time of year, so having the window units in the bedrooms was nice and helped keep us cool at night. The view... FANTASTIC! We would sit out on the balcony at night and in the morning and just take in the ocean view. From the floor level you're at, your view isn't obstructed too much. You'll definitely love this place.

The property was older but clean. It is located on Main Street in Kihei on South Kihei Street. Lots of traffic and noise from the road. Property is across the street from a park and the beach . There is an ocean view through the telephone and electrical wires. Ceiling fan in living area. Great breezes on balcony but they don’t come into living area.

This condo is beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could think of needing, right down to spices and oil to cook with and coffee filters. We walked just across the street to watch a gorgeous sunset, and were entertained by watching the many surfers. No air conditioning, but the many fans did the job well!! There were many places to eat and drink within easy walking distance, we just didn't have time to explore as many as we would have wished! Maybe next time?!!? Many thanks to the owners for their thoughtfulness.

Patty and Nicki were amazing. The accommodations are great. The location was perfect. If you like to swim head to Charley Young beach, super kid friendly. If you like sea turtles head over to the rocks at the North end of Charley Young, they are plentiful. If you like to surf walk across the road with your surf board. Groceries are walking distance. Shaved ice is around the corner. Bike rental is in the complex below. We barely used our car. This location has everything. Loved it.

My husband is a novice surfer and he gives this unit 5 stars! He can sit on the lanai and watch the other surfers, or see if surf is perfect. Then he walks downstairs to the surf shop, picks up his board and walk across the street to the surf.
I am not such a fan of the traffic below, so I do not give this five stars, only for the traffic noise.

5 stars for convenient location - you don't even need a car at this location - walk less than 3 blocks to the store, restaurants, surfing, snorkeling, beaches.
Some reviews comment on the lack of air conditioning. This is an end unit with windows on three sides and amazing breezes. There are a few short periods when AC might have been nice, but there are many very quiet, efficient fans and you don't have to put up with AC noise.

Loved this condo across from the beach. It had everything we needed and was right in the center of town. We were able to walk to restaurants, shop at the local grocery store, rent surf boards across the street and stroll down to the awesome Charley Young Beach. We spent the second half of our vacation further north at a resort in Ka'anapli and I was really sad to leave the leave the awesome beach town of Kihei. Next time I'll stay at this condo and spend my entire vacation in Kihei!

What a beautiful place. It has everything thing you need, except food of course and air conditioning but open the windows, turn on the fans and you are comfortable!
You can go across the street to view the beautiful sunsets and watch the turtles feed in the evenings.
There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance along with shopping for souvenirs and groceries.
The swimming pool is refreshing no matter what time of day.
Beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

the condo itself has everything you need, it even includes a baby stroller, close to many restaurants, lots of parking space. Owner response really quickly and have taken care of this place really well. My next trip to Maui will be this place again.

What a beautiful spot. The unit was exactly as described - it's location, view and overall appearance were outstanding. With the doors and windows open, there was a lovely cross breeze through the unit with a tremendous view of the ocean directly off the lanai; a view enjoyed from anywhere in the living room and kitchen of the unit. The unit is centrally located in Kihei so easy access to beaches, restaurants and the market.
The mattresses were firm and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked there nearly every day. There was enough cutlery, chairs, cooking supplies to provide an eat-in meal including our friends.
Our daughter loved the pool! Also found that the water toys/supplies were ample and well cared for (although one boogie board needs to be replaced).
My only suggestion is to have fluffier pillows.

The condo was exactly what we needed! The location was really convenient for us as we wanted to be near our extended family who rented a house half a block from us,. The grocery store and many restaurants were just a few steps away. We were a group of four adults and a toddler and had plenty of space to fit us very comfortably. My 16 month old grandson loved sitting on the lana’i watching traffic and would have been very content sitting there for our entire stay! We spent lots of late afternoons in the pool winding down and the pool temp. was perfect.
Overall the condo is very convenient and spacious. Patty was very helpful and even contacted us during our stay to ask if everything was ok which I appreciated. The condo is well equipped and had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui. First, Patty was excellent to deal with. She responded very quickly to all requests and was very helpful. It would be tough to beat her level of service.
The location of the condo was also excellent. It’s across the road from a park and has a great view of the ocean where you can watch surfers and whales. There's a fairly busy road in front of the building (standard for Kihei) so you will experience a decent amount of noise in the front of the condo and some in the bedrooms.
The unit was also very well stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and umbrellas which were very much appreciated. The one shortfall of the place that we found is that it’s a little older and some items could use some attention. The blinds in one of the rooms didn’t work, there was a good amount of mold in the dishwasher (we had to bleach it the first night), the window sills need a good cleaning, and the couch cushions were quite dirty. These are obviously a quick fix though.

I return here every year. this is my 5th time to stay in this amazing condo.
The ocean view is amazing. The condo is so spacious ,modern and clean.
The bedrooms are large and the beds are so comfortable.
The kitchen has everything you could need and more.
The location is perfect for walking to the beach park,restaurants,bars and shops.
My favorite thing to do is sit on the balcony and watch the surfers in the morning and the sunset at night.
I will be back again next year. I highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway or for families traveling with children.
I first came here as a couple and now I bring my son. He has been here 3 times already. Its a perfect set up for kids with a lovely park and playground just across the street. Also the swimming pool is so warm and nice for kids and parents as well. I cannot say enough nice things about this condo.
