Aloha and welcome to our home, villa #311. Our villa offers concierge service to all of our guests. We have ocean views, a private pool with spa, and gourmet kitchen with professional grade appliances. The villa is bright, airy and spacious with vaulted ceilings, mahogany trimmed woodwork along with natural stone flooring throughout the home. Our villa is filled with artwork, flat screen TV’s and fabulous furnishings. We have upgraded Wi-Fi and a Sonos music system. Come enjoy the covered lanai with built-in gas BBQ and outdoor dining. The disappearing glass doors combine the great room, kitchen, and wet bar bringing the outdoors in!
Our villa has 3 ground level master suites and 3.5 baths. Two suites have a king size bed, walk in closets and marble bathrooms complete with Jacuzzi tubs. The third suite has queen beds with another exceptional bathroom. There is an outdoor shower accessible from either the master suite or the backyard pool area. Tiki torches, a patio fountain and artwork complete our backyard experience. We offer the VIP Amenity Package to our guests for a fee. The Amenity Package gives access to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, offering a variety of entertainment options including 36 holes of championship golf, tennis, workout facilities and two of the best white sand beaches on the Kohala coast. There are a variety of restaurants and shops located nearby as well.
Waiulaula is located within the Mauna Kea Resort on 48 acres of sweeping ocean and mountain views. Within the Waiulaula Complex, there is an Amenity Center for residents that include an infinity edge pool, spa, fitness center, BBQ s, kitchen with dining area and TV room. Please note, we have a 5 day minimum stay to rent our property!

Outstanding property, ideal location.
Quiet,well located.
Most importantly- everything works-pool , spa, AC, grill, everything.
Incredibly well supplied kitchen.
Pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, plentiful and excellent quality.
You should stop at Costco and the farmers market and just eat at home the entire trip

This home is beautiful and is very well appointed. The property manager was super helpful. The home is in a great location with spectacular views. I highly recommend staying here. Minor point - the pool is more of a plunge pool, it isn't a full-size pool, but it was still great to have.

The bedrooms are huge and there are private bathrooms for everyone which ensures everyone gets some privacy and alone time. Common areas are roomy and comfortable as are the beds. Beautiful sunsets every night with gas tiki torches to light for ambience after night fall. Manager checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did since the owners seemed to have thought of everything you could need for the kitchen, outside and for trips to the beach. All in all I would recommend for families or adults to share.

What a very accommodating host! Mauna Lea erupted in the early morning hours on the day of my 50th birthday trip,. Janet issued us a full refund when I explained that we weren’t comfortable moving forward with our trip as planned. Leading up to the trip she was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We will certainly look this property up for our next trip to Hawaii

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. The villa, the owner, and the management were all wonderful. The ocean and sunset views from the lanai were better than the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and has a convenient fitness area. The hardest thing was deciding whether to go to the beach at the Mauna Kea or Hapuna resort, or go exploring, or to just sit in the gorgeous backyard looking at the ocean. We hope to return!

Absolutely perfect stay the first week of January. Our flight was delayed a day and it was very easy to communicate with the concierge. Immaculately clean. We loved being able to use the beach at the Mauna Kea Resort nearby too.

we stayed with my two young kids, my wife and myself, and my in-laws. It was a fantastic property, associated with a fantastic resort (Mauna Kea). This was our third time staying at a condo associated with the resort, though our first time at this particular unit. This unit was the best!!! 5 stars!
