Overall it was great. Couple of suggestions…maybe add a one cup Keurig coffee maker, a blackout curtain for the bedroom with the glass doors.

We come to Maui a lot and this is our 2nd time at Palms of Wailea. We absolutely loved this condo. It was very clean, quiet and the furniture was very comfortable. As others have said we appreciated the closet with the cooler, chairs, and the all-important umbrella. Definitely recommend.

We vacation in Maui every summer with our two young children and have always stayed at the Wailea Palms or Ekahi Village communities. Unit 205 at the Palms is definitely in the upper echelon of units we’ve ever stayed in. The place was immaculately clean and well equipped. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and an umbrella not to mention a cold bag and boogie boards. There are 3 separate air conditioning units throughout the unit to help keep the place comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. We all loved this unit and wish it was available for all 10 days of our stay this year.

This condo was just perfect for our family - 4 adults and 2 kids! Our kids slept on the sofa bed and there was still plenty of space for us to use in the main living area. The BBQ and lanai were a treat and we loved that we could see the ocean peek through the palm trees from there as we ate dinner!
Proximity to the pool was ideal. We were close to the main entrance to the Palms but never heard much road noise!
A beautiful space to call home for 9 days! Thanks for the stay!

Beautiful place in Maui. Very clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed. The beach closet was awesome. Pool was great. Had no issues whatsoever. My only nitpick would be the walking location. Tough walk to beach if you have little kids with you. Long walk to coffee shops or restaurants. But, very quick drives.

The pictures were true to what you get. The only picture missing was the one of their “beach closet”, it was great! Had about 5 chairs, snorkeling gear, plenty of towels, umbrellas, noodles for pool, sand toys for kids, I mean this closet was a great hit with our family! The kitchen was a great size and was fully equipped! It even had a cabinet with spices and cooking oil! Wow! Sofa turns into a bed. I mean, this was the perfect place for us. Definitely felt like home! Thank you for everything!

We were very happy with this property and the Palms at Wailea complex. The size of the unit is much bigger than you would expect from the picturse. It was just myself, my wife, and our two year old daughter and we had so much space. It was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen as well as beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach bags, snorkel equipment). The pool was just across the street from the unit which was another plus with a little one in tow. It was about 3/4 of a mile walk to Ulua beach which we did in the morning for walks, but opted to drive there for a beach day. 2 minute drive tops and public parking was not an issue during our time there. There is a closer beach access as well with much more limited parking. You are right in the heart of all of the beautiful Wailea resorts if you want those amenities, but also not far from everything Kihei has to offer as well. We are already planning our next trip back.

We had an amazing time at this condo. We have stayed at other condos in this facility; and this was by far my favorite. There are 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas. The condo had everything we needed. And it was beautiful and nicely updated

We have stayed at Palms @ Wailea before and this unit was perfect. It was very clean, the decor was beautiful and the layout was great. We also appreciated the beach things (Tommy Bahama chairs, etc) and the toiletries and kitchen needs were there (foil, saran, sugar, etc). It was also very close to the pool and quiet.

The condo was great. Coming from San Francisco the AC was a life saver.The property description, layout and amenities were as described. The property was well maintained. The beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were great to have available so we didn’t have to purchase. The location of the condo was convenient for us as we spent most of the time on the southern part of the island. The only thing was the floors were a bit dirty like they hadn’t been mopped, but not a big deal. I would definitely recommend staying here

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a terrific location from which to explore the beautiful island of Maui. Almost everything we needed was there for us….beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen appliances….all of it. The only thing missing was a cooler to take to the beach but we got around that, no problem! The only negative wasn’t related to the condo itself but the property. While there was a very nice pool, that was about it for amenities. There wasn’t a lot to do if you were just hanging out.
With all that said, we would definitely recommend this condo.

This is a very clean and well taken care of condo. Tried to have low expectations because we booked late and a review said the location is noisy, but it’s still hard to manage one’s expectations and we tend to be picky! The condo is spacious and the lanai is very quiet, we were out there constantly. The road has very few cars as does the parking lot. Pool is right there and beach is max 10 mins walk. You could also drive to beach w/easy parking. Umbrellas and chairs super helpful. Have stayed in condos where you literally have to buy salt but there is a cabinet w/some staples which is really nice (again, clean). Only odd feature in condo is ensuite bath has separate toilet w/open wall, but for extra privacy you can just close bedroom door, not an issue. Management very responsive and nice to work with, super helpful. Easy check in/out. The Palms is overall very nice and great location for south Maui beaches and eating/shopping in Wailea and Kihei. Def would stay again!

Everything was as expected and presented and the Palms are a really nice development. We enjoyed our state and are already talking about when we might return.
We ran into an issue with respect to the Wi-Fi and the router had to be replaced in our unit. L. Notwithstanding that the owner was very helpful, the Wi-Fi signal and connectivity was poor making it difficult to you work remotely as I had intended. More nuisance than anything, as we didn’t come to Hawaii to be on the Internet.
I was also disappointed that there was not sufficient toilet paper and paper towel supplied to the unit for the entirety of our stay. We had to buy more halfway through our trip.
In my experience, when staying in a unit like this it is in the owners best interest to provide every cleaning supply to help your renters maintain cleanliness. Almost all of the other supplies were available (laundry, dish detergent). Overall not the end of the world, but feedback nonetheless.

Truly enjoyed staying at this property! Very clean, comfortable, and modern decor. The grounds at the Palms was absolutely beautiful from the pool to walkway leading to streets to beach access. Area is close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Drive to various tours not far, even those we booked in Lahaina, it was a pleasant and scenic drive ( approximately 45 min). The condo is equiped with beach chairs umbrellas, wave boards, and towels for guest's convenience, which came in very hand on the days we ventured out to different beaches. That accommodation much appreciated! The patio very comfortable, quiet , and able to see the ocean to some degree as we had breakfast in the mornings. We,ve stayed in various condos and homes around the world, and this place is definitely going on our "favorites" list! Highly recommend staying here! Everything was perfect!

We absolutely loved this rental unit! It was quiet, well stocked, very comfortable (great AC!), had a great outdoor space and beautiful unexpected peekaboo sunset views over the ocean. A very short walk (<1 block) to the pool which wasn't busy despite beautiful weather. The only hiccups were the keycode/keypad not working upon our arrival (which was solved by a quick phone call to obtain a new keycode) and cleaning staff arriving over an hour before check out time (despite us not letting them know we were out of the unit yet).

Was debating between staying at a resort and this property. We are so glad we found this condo. It is just a few minute walk down a gorgeous road to all the resorts and great access to Wailea beaches. The property was beautiful and well taken care of. My kids were in love with the place. A home away from home. Has everything you could need. Would come back to this place in a heartbeat.
