This condo was amazing. We were on the sixth floor and had access to a rooftop with the most breathtaking views. There were grills if we wanted to barbecue. We overlooked the ocean and could hear the ocean waves all day and all night. Place was well stocked and clean. The owner was awesome. We had no issues whatsoever. The owner checked in to make sure everything was going great. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was very easy and we never had a problem finding a spot. The condo was close to stores and restaurants and shopping.

We had a great stay at this property, the condo is in a great location. We saw turtles everyday on the beach right next to the condo and it was a highlight of the trip! The view from the condo was spectacular! The condo had everything we needed including a baby pack-n-play and sheets. Chris was very helpful and gave awesome recommendations for restaurants and things to do. It was hot the first night we were there but once the windows had been open for awhile it cooled down and was comfortable.

The view was amazing! Location was great. Condo was very comfortable and has all the supplies you need so was nice not having to run out and spend a lot on supplies. We were in Maui when the wild fire started, Christine was kind enough to let us in one day ahead so we could leave west Maui (North of Lahaina). We loved the place, it was perfect for our family of 4. Peace and respect for the people of Maui who lived something terrible on Aug 8th 2023.

This condo's access to a calm, kid-friendly beach was unbeatable. We walked down to the beach by 7am every morning and our kids were safe to jump in the tiny waves. The water was calm enough right out of our door to paddle board and visit the turtles each morning. The condo had everything we needed (and more!) to hang out on the beach each day and come back and make meals at night. The kitchen was very well stocked, the closets full of beach gear, and the beds were comfortable for resting. The condo complex was very easy to find and use. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating during the natural disasters (fire, gale winds and far-off hurricane), we felt very fortunate to have such considerate hosts. Mahalo!

This was our first time in Hawaii. I had certain criteria in order to book a place.
1. Oceanfront where I could sit on the lanai and watch and listen to the waves. ✅
2. Have separate beds for the kids. ✅
3. Have a washer/dryer. ✅
4. Have comfortable lanai furniture to enjoy the outside. ✅.
5. Be priced at a reasonable rate. ✅
6. Have AC.
I got 5/6 checked off my list.
I found that every morning and every evening, we would be sitting on the lanai, people watching and just watching the waves crash into the sand.
The location was in a great spot and the grounds crew kept the place looking nice.
The fridge was very bear so make sure you stock up on the items you need for your stay. There was a couple dry items but nothing we used. The kitchen had everything we needed even though we ate out at least once a day. It was nice to use the oven when needed. There was tinfoil and ziplock bags to use.
Here is my one and only negative and it has nothing to do with the owner. The nights were almost too warm for us.
We left all the windows/sliders fans open/on and left the front door open until it was time for bed but the master was still too warm. The last night we finally got the cross breeze that was discussed on other reviews. But for late July early August it was too hot. It would cool down about 2-3am. If we go back to Maui that time of year again, we would probably pick a place with AC.
Chris is a great host and this is a nice place to stay.

This was such a great place to stay. The lanai (balcony) makes it especially amazing - we spent countless ours on it. Not having a/c was not a problem, despite hot temperatures - the breeze cools it down.

This is a lovely unit. We enjoyed the ocean views from the lanai and appreciated how well stocked it was. There's even an espresso maker! Lots of beach equipment too. As others have mentioned the ocean breezes and fans are enough to keep things cool. Christine and the property manager were great and responded promptly to questions. We had one very minor issue (burnt out lightbulb) that was dealt with quickly. Check in was easy as it's a code so no need to fuss with keys. The location overall is good as it's central for all parts of the island. The only minor downside of the location for me was that there weren't many places for walks nearby. Overall an excellent place to stay and we really enjoyed our visit.

This was our second time staying in the building but first in this condo. The condo had everything we needed for relaxing inside, cooking, and the beach. Condo was super clean and very organized with instructions for appliances and technology. We love the central location of Kihei and think Kam 2 and 3 beaches are great for kids. Condo is close to a nice nature preserve with boardwalk and the famous Ululani’s shaved ice only a few minutes away. Lots of easy parking as well for rental car. Great place and great value in Maui.

This condo has amazing ocean views from both the lanai and the master bedroom. It has everything you can imagine for a great stay! There were spices, condiments and all the kitchen gadgets. They supplied soap, towels, and detergent for washer/dryer. The boogie boards, ice chest and snorkel gear saved us money, as well! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for us and our granddaughters. The roof top was fun for barbecuing with amazing views of sunset, ocean and whales. Chris, the owner, is very nice, accommodating and offers lots of tips regarding things to do and places to go. This top floor condo is highly recommended!

Here for a family reunion spanning several units at the property. This one had lovely views, a king-size adjustable / massaging bed in the water-side master bedroom, and a queen-sized & pull-out bed in the other bedroom. Kitchen was well-stocked. Nice location immediately adjacent to the fish pond. Other than the on-site Indian restaurant, there isn’t much in the immediate vicinity in terms of food or shopping. Nearest options are ~1 mile away.

This is a fantastic condo in the perfect location on the beach in Kihei. You can watch the sunset every night from the lanai, rooftop, or beach below. We loved the central Kihei location - easy to get to the other parts of the island. Chris is super responsive. I also really appreciated the well stocked condo - beach gear, towels, even cooking oil and spices in the kitchen! If we ever make it back to Maui, would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days in early August with our two teenage boys for this trip. The condo and the property are well maintained and in a nice location. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. We spent time sitting out on the lanai, watching the waves, reading, having coffee, just relaxing. The breeze throughout the condo with the screened doors is wonderful. You don’t’ really need A/C.
The beach is just steps away. We enjoyed time in both the protective beach and regular beach area. Chris has provided plentiful of beach supplies, beach towels, snorkel equipment, beach umbrella, and coolers which makes it so convenient and that much less to pack.
The kitchen is WELL stocked! We bought some groceries and were able to make breakfast each morning. The beds are comfortable in both bedrooms. My 19 year old slept on the bed while the 12 year old slept on the pull out twin. Worked out well.
All of our needs were met and we had a wonderful time!

For those of you packing, skip the following: there’s a hair dryer, beach towels, instant pot, tons of spices, basic fridge condiments, and laundry detergent. Save the space for Maui souvenirs!

Overall, this is a nice unit with very good kitchen with updated appliances and very well stocked with almost everything you need. The bathrooms are clean and bright. We rented 2 units for our family. the other unit we gave 5 stars as was impeccable however this has opportunities to be better. too many positives first: like the location and views. the ocean is nice, easy to check in, easy to reserve. We paid substantially more for this unit because it says penthouse, however it is not. it is just on the six floor with basically the same views and set up that the unit we rented just below this one. The furniture can be updated in the living room. no privacy in master,. The major issue is the fans in the living room and master that work only in just one speed the lowest you will ever see and this unit has no Air Conditioning so you cannot create enough breeze to sleep just ok. Chris bought an extra portable fan since one of them was no functional. first night we could not sleep. we also had some issues that need repair and felt that Chris had problems addressing. she replied but took a long time maybe because of her location. the local contact just said ceiling fans are working perfectly fine (I know they are not because the humidity makes them work now at a silly slow speed- I have to replace one at my house that was exposed to humidity). Not a great experience on this unit. the other one on the 5th floor got 5 stars from us. I only contacted owner once as my wife was not feeling that owner was addressing properly the issues and was disappointed with her response and texts questioning the issues we were experiencing. I know Chris can address this issues for future guests.

Was able to book Chris' place for a week in February by chance after another vacationer cancelled, and boy did we luck out!
On top of the million dollar views, this place had everything! The two-bedroom, two full bathroom split plan layout was perfect for us two girls, high speed WiFi allowed us to both work a couple of days remotely, and the kitchen was even better stocked and equipped than mine at home! The condo doesn't have air conditioning, but it has a ton of fans everywhere and there was only really one night and morning that the temperature was a bit uncomfortable...but it had been incredibly humid that night.
Only one word of caution: if you are a light sleeper and staying in the master bedroom, pack a sleep mask! There are no shades or blackout drapes in that room, so the sunlight may wake you up before you're ready to face the day!
Chris was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, providing very clear check-in and checkout instructions, as well as a ton of recommendations for Kihei and the island in general.
Would have loved to have stayed here at the back-end of my trip as well, but unsurprisingly it was booked solid!

The condo was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked & even had beach chairs, boogie boards, & snorkel gear I think there was an umbrella but we never used it. The location made it great with being close to restaurants & shops. The property was very well kept & clean. Saw many turtles everyday in the fish pond! Enjoyed getting up early sitting on the Lanai with an amazing view of the ocean. I would definitely come back to this property, the owner was great answering all my questions. We had absolutely nothing but praise for this condo & the property!

There was a scheduling mix up, so the condo was not ready for us until 9:00 pm the day we arrived. However, Chris was responsive, and the cleaners did a great job of getting everything all cleaned up for us. This place is awesome and has everything you need for a beach vacation. It also has a great view of the ocean, and the beds are very comfortable.

Had a great time at Chris's place in Menehune Shores.
The beaches are excellent and not too busy while we were there. One side is a clear sandy beach, the other has coral and is good for snorkeling. This is a great location to get to any place on the island if you're renting a car. Chris has chairs, snorkel gear, a cooler, 2 boogie boards and more. She is a very generous host, highly recommended!

We loved our time at your condo. The view was spectacular! We enjoyed the beach, it was great for our son to swim in the calm water and play in the nice sand. We also enjoyed the pool and grilling on the rooftop. Convenient location to explore all parts of the island. It did get a bit stuffy if the wasn't blowing our way, but the fans helped.

We all had a wonderful time (who wouldn't on Maui). Our condo was exactly as described. (Actually the location in the building was perfect!!) The condo was supplied well beyond any I have ever stay at before. The kitchen had items I never even heard of, but my son had a great time preparing most meals! I did notice the ice maker was not working, but the owner was very quick to respond and had it repaired before the end of the day. (The ice maker was never a problem for us, but it was so nice to have the owners concern) My plan is to return to Maui and hopefully stay again in this condo. We had an outstanding time and Chris and Randy's well equipped, comfortable home was a wonderful base from which to explore Maui. The location was excellent, beautiful views, and we saw lots of fish snorkeling in the fish pond, and one night 20 sea turtles came up on the beach or were resting in the shallow water! It was so helpful that the condo came with boogies boards, chairs, coolers, everything you'd need for the beach! It was also the best equipped kitchen I've ever had in a rental unit. The owners were easy to communicate with and offered good activity/restaurant suggestions. We really liked being in Kihei, which is an actual town, rather than being sequestered in a resort. We had a terrific time and would absolutely stay there again!

We had a really nice stay. The extra bathroom and room made a huge difference compared to other places we have stayed. The view was gorgeous and even when it was windy you could be out on the lanai and not be bothered by it.

My kids enjoyed The Alexa accessory in the condo. It was relaxing and so close to Kihei downtown with restaurants available. Did I mention the peace & love shaved ice stand a few blocks away!

This was a fantastic place for our family to stay—large enough for everyone to have their own space and bed, but cozy enough that we could stay connected. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was clearly well cared for and clean. The lanai was probably our favorite space. We ate most of our meals out there and spent a good hour or two every morning and evening just taking in the view and letting the sounds of the ocean soothe our minds. Kihei is an interesting little beach town, nothing fancy, but miles and miles of gorgeous beach and a cozy, laid-back feel. It’s a 10-20 minute drive to almost everything with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the condo. We would definitely recommend this location and rental to a family or small group who wants to experience Maui without all the pretentiousness (or expense) of the mega resorts.

This condo has everything we needed. Boogie Boards, beach chairs, kitchen stocked, 2 bathrooms and 2 spacious bedrooms, fans. Clean. It’s quiet. Pool is clean. Views are amazing. Chris is great. Easy booking and check in. Lots of turtles on our beaches! Snorkeling along the rock wall was nice. Again huge turtle! 💕 The only downfall was sunsets are blocked by the north Maui from the condo, no worries though it was a short trip to Charlie Young (my daughters favorite beach) or any beach south of the condo. This unit is amazing. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need. There was also no need for A/C. Just open up the door and windows! Chris was also very accommodating with an early check in. We were welcomed from the moment we stepped off the plane. The pictures in do not give this property justice. Simply AMAZING!!!!
