The property was clean and it was nice extra towels were provided, including beach towels. The hallway smelled of smoke but it was to be expected since there are people that live in those units. The daily parking fee adds up so if you are not planning on going outside of the city, I would not recommend renting a car as there are a number of things you can walk to or get the bus. There is good storage with dressers and closets. The toaster didn't work well but the rest of the appliances did. The kids did not complain about the sleeper sofa. It is a great property to people watch as there is always someone walking by the area and there is a bar/restaurant downstairs. It can get loud with the music they play and with people talking but closing the glass door helps muffle the sound. If you bring a car, I suggest parking on the third level so you can walk right from the garage to the hallway of your unit. There is an ABC store on the corner. The balcony is only big enough for the chairs and table that are on it. Watching the Friday night fireworks from our room was nice. There are washing machines on site where you can wash your laundry for a fee. You can walk to the lagoon and beach and use the chairs, boogie board and beach towels provided in the unit. Not specific to the unit but other observations we noted were the amount of homeless people in the general area and also, if you do bring a car, add at least 10 minutes to anywhere you are going because of the traffic/lights.

We had the best time! Such a great spot to stay easy access to everything. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony for Friday night fireworks and enjoying our morning coffee and night cap listening to the music below. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was equipped with everything that you could possibly need. A true home away from home. All the beach necessities that came with the property were a definite plus. Parking was very easy and convenient, not once did we have a hard time finding parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is A+. Beautiful views on the harbor. Walking distance to the beach and snorkeling (far side of the Hilton Dock). Parking is $29 a day for in/out privileges. Easy to travel to anywhere from here. Master bed was comfortable. Condo kitchen was adequate but missing things like foil, plastic wrap, spices. The real downside was the old, cheap sleeper sofa that is supposed to make the place sleep 3 or 4. It was horrible! Feet higher than head, sagging towards the middle, and bar in the back. I would think they could afford a nicer sleeper sofa than one that is probably 20 years old. It was so bad I had to buy an air mattress for my stay - which I left behind. Other problem is the glass and iron table - difficult to clean without glass cleaner which is not provided, coffee table - difficult to move from in front of the hide-a-bed, entertainment center - didn’t hide messy cables, and iron chairs - just uncomfortable. They would do well to get a nice wood set, especially for the coffee table. Would I stay here again? Yes, but ONLY if there were 2 of us. Find somewhere else if your party has more! - Oh - property manager was great.

The Ilikai Marina was a great spot for us to hang out the week we were in Waikiki. We were in walking distance to all amenities we needed and from our unit were able to watch the sunset every evening.

Booked this place for an island hopper as we had to be on Oahu for the week. Reasonably priced, Nicely updated and super close to a couple restaurants- One right in the complex. Easy to sneak in a beer when the kids/family are napping.
It was provisioned nicely for families that like to cook in. All in all would stay there again.

Location is perfect. We could walk to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. 2 great restaurants on site. Harbor Pub was great for breakfast! Balcony is too small to be functional. Add $28/day for parking 😞. Overall, we were happy with our stay. We would recommend and book again.

This is our second stay at this property. The location is perfect with an incredible view. Updated kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Property manager was immediately responsive and great to work with. Will book this same unit for our next trip to Honolulu.

Condo was conveniently located to Waikiki & Honolulu. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere & had more than adequate storage space to fully unpack. The kitchen was well-stocked & easy to use.Parking garage in the building was great. The only downside was the noise from pedestrians and from bar & restaurant 2 floors below that required us to wear earplugs to fall asleep.

Arrived and we were very happy and pleased with the condo, it was absolutely beautiful.
The view from the balcony overlooking the harbor was gorgeous, the morning sun, the setting of the sun is to be seen.. All your needs are provided, linen, kitchen etc. Lots of restaurants around the area.
No disappointment, we will surely return next year.

Well described and clean with great view. Well appointed unit. Little noisy from pedestrians on Friday and Saturday night. Parking is slightly challenging, as I paid for two 24 hour periods on the same day with out any recourse.

The Condo was very nice and clean. The view was wonderful and you could watch the fireworks from the 7th floor roof. Paul was great and handled any questions or issues immediately.
