You will be right at the beach, there is super boogie boarding, great sunsets, & lots of beach walking! Hale Kamaole is a beautifully landscaped, low density property consisting of spacious one and two bedroom condominiums, it is rated 'Solid Gold' by Maui Revealed. Our newly remodeled condo can sleep up to 4, it has a new CA King bed in the bedroom (which includes a small flat screen TV) and a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room with a 37' flat screen tv. Free WIFI With High Speed Roadrunner internet. Our one bedroom unit can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Our two bedroom/2 bath Hale Kamaole #250 unit (vrbo #290958) has a beautiful ocean view and also has a loft area, which adds additional living and sleeping space (up to 8). We also own HK #162 (vrbo # 450779), ground floor walk out in the lower pool area, one bedroom/one bath.

The complex is located directly across from Kama'ole III State Beach Park, which is known as one of the most beautiful and safest beaches in the Islands, it even has its own Lifeguard station! It is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, jogging, picnicking, kite flying, and especially enjoying amazing sunsets and whale watching.

Each unit has a private lanai that faces the interior of the complex, our unit # 239 offers beautiful views of the expansive lawns, the upper pool, and lush tropical landscape of palm trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus, birds of paradise and plumeria trees.

There are two pools, a covered pavilion, and a full size tennis/Pickle Ball court on the property. Every evening the outdoor barbecue area is a popular spot to socialize with others while grilling the perfect dinner and watching as the Hale Kamaole conch shell band performs their nightly sunset ritual (all are invited to join).

You will find world class golf courses, fantastic snorkeling and diving, many Maui activities, abundant shopping and delicious fine and family dining all within minutes of Hale Kamaole.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here last month. Highlights: location was close to beaches and shops, restaurants. Walkable to the beach :) Apartment is cozy, had a lot of kitchen tools to use and it was clean and spacious for us 4 to stay in. The only issue was the shower drain was slow for the water to go down, but besides that everything else was fine. And the washer and dryer was convenient to wash our clothes everyday, but it was quite loud. Not a big deal though :)

This relaxed family resort is just across the street from the beach park. It is not ocean view, but you can catch a glimpse of it from the lanai which is also a great place to watch the sun color the sky at sunset if you don't want to take the short walk to the beach. We would certainly stay there again.

Property is very well kept and stalked with supplies, and for the most part quiet. Property manager Linda is a gem, she was there to help with any concerns/issues we had. Enjoyed the pools, as well as the people we talked with that frequent them. Location is a easy walk to anywhere you want to go. The condo was in a very convenient location for our stay. We were at the far end of the complex, but was an easy walk to the park across the street to watch the sunset. Unit was extremely well stocked and clean. Enjoyed our stay completely.

Everything about this vacation was convenient- the booking, arrival, checking in, checking out. The place is lovely, located conveniently in S. Kihei with beautiful beaches and stores to explore. Literally, the walk to the beach was 5minutes. We got to swim in the ocean at sunset and stargaze at night. Such a magical location!

This place was a perfect launching pad for my recent weeklong stay in Maui. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach (Kam 3) and I loved being able to enjoy the sunrise there with almost no one else! The place itself was very clean, with plenty of beach accessories (beach chairs, boogie boards) which I unfortunately did not find until our last morning (they are in the balcony closet). I really loved staying in such a cute area, with easy commutes to Wailea, Road to Hana, or even up the coast to Lahaina and Ka'anapali Beach. Loved this place, and highly recommend this location.

This condo was very clean and tastefully furnished. The view is of the pool and courtyard, so you can't really see the ocean. But, a great beach is right across the street, and that's the most important thing. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and activities. A good value. I rented this condo for my sisters, and they loved it. I would definitely recommend and rent it again.

This condo was the best I have ever had. It had everything you can think of even sports and picnic equipment. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes and yourselves. Before shopping for food check out what previous tenants left - coffee, herbs etc. It is quiet, spotless and near the beach, shops, cafes etc. This is a place to come again.

Pros: I was quite comfortable in the king size bed. The lanai was always shaded which I liked. There were beach chairs and umbrella as well as noodles, body boards and snorkel gear. It was great having a washer and dryer. Furnishings were in excellent condition, lights were bright. There weren't any bugs in the condo. The grounds crew keeps the area very tidy. Kitchen had everything I needed. I'd like to come back again. Cons: It's a ways to walk to get to the grills and pool from the second floor. The light switch into the bedroom didn't turn on anything. No main room A/C just in the bedroom. TV remote numbers are gone and it doesn't turn the tv on. Just turn it on manually and you're set.
