Property has gorgeous views and the proximity to the beach, shopping, snorkeling, & walking trails was excellent. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the lanai and the short walk to the pool directly below the condo.

We have stayed at Kapalua multiple times and know the area and amenities well...it's our favorite place in the islands. This property raised the bar! It's incredibly well organized and set up, and the owners are equally thoughtful. We literally had no complaints. The patio area and separated (King!) bedrooms allowed the nappers and the adventurers in our family all space to enjoy. Kitchen has everything you need to cook at home when you want. Lots of beach gear so don't bother stopping at Costco. Hope to come back soon for the ocean and rainbow views. Mahalo

The property is beautiful, view is special, main pool is clean and gas bbq pits in great condition. Condo is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and special extras in the closet off the deck. The shuttle is perfect for trips to the beach and restaurants and very convenient. We had a great stay at this location.

This was our third timing renting a Kapalua golf villa.This stay was for a month. We thoroughly enjoyed this patio condo because of the location and amenities. Being located on the high road offers beautiful views of the sunset, ocean, Lanai and Molokai. The condo was nicely appointed, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of beach gear. Communication with the owner great. We had one small maintenance issue and Sheri responded immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

We absolutely loved staying at Steve and Sheri’s home while in Hawaii! They were great to work with us and were very accommodating. We were very comfortable. The place was very clean when we arrived. They had lots of beach toys, beach chairs and items for us to use for the beach. We enjoyed the use of the shuttle to get us to beaches close by. The view from their home was amazing. We would for sure stay here again. Thanks again!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The master bed was so amazingly comfortable. The location in Kapalua was great the walking trails were amazing. We would highly recommend this unit and would absolutely stay there again had everything we needed including beach chairs. We have stayed at multiple Golf Villas over the years, but this was our first time renting a 2 bedroom unit. This unit was not only spacious, but also beautifully furnished and very well stocked. Everything we needed was here, and it was so comfortable that it felt like home. We also appreciated the extra beach items for use as well (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach bucket, etc). Views, of course, were exceptional and we love the fact that we can walk to so many amenities right on site (restaurants, shops, ABC store with food/grocery, church, walking trails, etc.) The owner was also extremely responsive in communications and very pleasant to deal with. Bottom line…we would highly recommend this condo, and we hope to book it again someday!

What a perfect place to stay in Maui. We stayed six weeks and enjoyed every moment of the Condo and the Island. The condo is well appointed and was recently remodeled. The airconditioners worked great. The 2 bedrooms had enough separation between them for privacy. Walk down to the beach or take a quick car ride down to Napili/Kapalua/Ironwoods/DT Flemings beach or ride 15 minutes to the golden sands of Kaanapali beach. Enjoy the Rainbows from your lanai most mornings while having coffee. We even saw a "Moonbow" once at night. Heavenly.

I can't even begin to say how amazing this property is and its convenient location in Maui. We have historically always stayed in Lahaina or Kaanapali - but the short drive up to Kapalua Golf Villas is definitely worth it.
The unit is really beautiful - you can tell kitchen and bedrooms were recently renovated. While there are neighbors, it feels completely private. Rooms are very spacious and kitchen had almost everything we needed. We spent the majority of our time on the outdoor porch and the pool below the unit and took advantage of the shuttle (HIGHLY recommended) to visit Merriman's for drinks, Honolua General Store and the various beaches on the Kapalua property. We never had to wait more than 5-10 mins for it to show up.
All-in-all: This will be our new go-to property in Maui moving forward. Great sunsets and uninterrupted views of Lanai and Molokai! Great hosts who make the entire trip carefree!

This property is a gem! From the moment we walked in we knew we booked the right villa. Where to start?…Views are amazing, large lanai to share with family and to watch the rainbows every morning, comfortable beds, stocked chefs kitchen, great walking trails around Kapalua, ( Coastal trail and Village Walking Trails), easy walk to the Honolua Store where we got snacks and coffee, and easy walk to Taverna where they had an excellent menu to choose from.
We can go on and on about the great things about the Villa and Kapalua, but one has to book this place to really experience it.
Communication with Sheri was exceptional. She responded promptly and handled requests that we had.
We have stayed at Kaannapali many times and thought we would try Kapalua with this stay. It is quieter and relaxing compared to the active hustle and bustle of Kaannapali.
We definitely will rebook!

We loved this condo! We stayed at the Grand Wailea for a few days with our kids (ages 8 and 11) and then moved to this condo. Our kids (to our surprise) said they wish we had moved to the condo sooner! It's so peaceful and beautiful in the setting. The condo was exactly as described. The rooms are nice and big, beds are comfortable. The kitchen is really well stocked. The condo has so many amenities that are helpful-- beach chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, tennis rackets, etc. The patio is a beautiful place for a meal or relaxing with the view. The downsides are that the beach is far and the pools are meh. We ended up going down to the montage to swim which was super convenient because they have a parking lot for the public (follow the signs to the villas). There is also a shuttle you can call for rides, which we didn't do. There is a grocery store nearby which is convenient and several great restaurants. Each night we walked around the golf course to enjoy the stunning sunsets-- literally couldn't be more beautiful.
Overall a really wonderful stay and I would definitely come back. HIGHLY recommend.

This is a gorgeous place! The view, conveniences, and pools make your stay even better. It is not an easy walk to the beach, especially with little ones, but at least the beach is close and is walkable. It is a wonderful place to stay with a family and we are thankful we found it. Great location for golf getaway. Bedrooms allow privacy and loved the view from porch when weather cooperated, although rainy during most our stay. Floors a little dirty, light in master bath went out, laundry door comes off but other than that everything was perfect! FYI Condo Office not too helpful with receiving Amazon packages we had delivered so we never received two packages.

I have stayed in various KGV units throughout the years. This unit is definitely one of the best for location, amenities, and view at a fair price. The two bedrooms are of equal size so if sharing with another couple there should be no squabble about the “better” room. :)
Potential renters should be aware that access to the unit is via three short sets of stairs from the parking lot. My sister has knee issues that will require surgery later this year. The stairs made it a challenge but she was a trooper! But be aware if you have accessibility challenges. Discuss with owner if there is an option that we were not aware of.
Unit has everything you need so you can pack light. Washer/dryer. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs. Kitchen has all the conveniences of home. Comfortable mattresses. Lanai has perfect view of sunset and I’m sure breaching whales (when in season). We even got to view the International Space Station flyover for 6 minutes from the western horizon to the SE; a falling star and a sky full of easily identifiable constellations.
I would highly recommend this unit if 2 bedrooms in a quiet upscale development is what you are looking for.
PS - we recommend having happy hour (2:30 pm) drinks and wood fire pizza at Taverna adjacent to the Kapalua Golf Pro Shop. Sunday brunch menu is simple but delicious with live acoustic Hawaiian music and hula dancer.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Maui. The villa was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed all the gear for days at the beach-umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and snorkels. It was very quiet in Kapalua and not crowded at all. The sunsets from the villa were beautiful. We found a few beaches near by that were almost empty. The pool is in a very convenient location. Both bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Thank you for the Honu recommendation. We had a great dinner on the water. Definitely need to make reservations in advance! This is the 5th rental we’ve stayed at in Kapalua and would definitely recommend. It was hard to leave and hope to be back soon! Thank you!

We have had a fabulous time during our 8-day family vacation in Maui. We are frequent travelers to the island and have stayed in Kapalua at other villas. This slice of paradise is one of the most well-equipped we have stayed in over the years! I think the only thing I could not find was a pizza roller and that was probably because I wasn't looking in the right place! They provide anything you could think of needing while on the island and the location is perfect. You are close to world-class snorkeling, scenic beaches, delicious restaurants, and you are away from the super busy "touristy" spots but if you want to go into Old Lahaina or Kā'anapali you can since it's just a short little jaunt. We are so thankful to our hosts for their fabulous home. It was a wonderful vacation for our entire family! Mahalo -

The villa was exactly as described. We could not have been more pleased with the location. Hands down our favorite rental. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, although we went out for meals, except breakfast.
The villa is perfect for two couples or a family. Each bedroom is spacious with large bathrooms.
Our favorite aspect was sitting on the lanai and looking out at the stunning view. Being able to walk to the beach and coastal trail were also highlights. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Sheri and Ken’s home. The view was spectacular. So much outdoor “eye candy” …the trees, bushes, ocean and rainbows galore! The home is completely remodeled and has everything one needs to make your stay super comfy! The bedding and towels were great quality, the kitchen is complexly stocked and the bed was top notch! There is plenty of toys, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach as well as many great restaurants to walk to nearby. Look no further…this is heaven on earth!

We recently completed a month stay on Maui, at Sheri’s and Steve’s lovely condo in Kapalua. We were looking for a peaceful place to stay, away from the high rise hotels and condos, and tourists filled areas. And we found it! Beautiful distant (but not too distant) view of the ocean and nearby islands, walking or easy driving distance to several lovely beaches, hiking trails, and restaurants. The condo is comfy and nicely decorated, and we cooked many of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. We also appreciated the view from the lanai, where we spent many hours, the nearby swimming pool, beach chairs, umbrella etc. Our entire stay was perfect! Would love to return during whale season!

This is a lovely condo, within a 15 minute walk of some of the best snorkeling beaches on Maui.
It was extremely quiet and had great views from the spacious patio.
Since it is owner managed there was everything we needed to cook at home including spices, oil etc. left by other folks.
It had all of the supplies we needed for a day at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers etc. and wonderful thick beach towels.
Highly recommend.
